I ordered the Pure Nutrition Natural Treasures Cal-D Plant-Based Calcium + D3 for myself because I was told I needed a calcium supplement that is combined with Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2. On the bottle there is a license number, batch number, manufacturing date, and a best used by date, along with a GMP and ISO seal. The marketer's name, New Jersey address, email, phone number, and website are listed, along with the country of origin, which is India. Also listed is the manufacturer's name and India address. The front of the bottle says tested for purity and potency. In the bottle there are 120 tablets and the serving size is 2 tablets a day, giving me a two month supply. The tablets are smooth and smaller than most, so they are easy to swallow. The tablets do not really have a smell nor do they have a taste. When I take them, I do not have any aftertaste, side effects or "burping up", despite being sensitive and allergy prone. I really like the fact the product is made from vegan sources and the company is transparent about it's production line. I am getting the expected benefits from the product and at this price point, I will definitely be ordering more. Five stars.

I don't think this product is safe after reading medical recos which state that D3 consumption > 50 mcg which is 2000 IU should be monitored. Even if you break 1 tablet in half you would still be consuming 300mcg which is = 12000 IU. Studies show too much D3 can have serious adverse health affects and including weakening your bones.

I like the ingredients in this calcium supplement. The only thing I wish it also had is zinc. It has a generous amount of vitamin d in it. It's not too hard to swallow, like some calcium pills can be. The value for money is decent, considering this is a two month supply. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

This is a quality Calcium/D3/K2 dietary supplement. It is sourced from plant based materials making it vegan friendly. There are a few discrepancies between the webpage and the bottle but I attribute that to typos from marketers. This is a product of India. Since the supplement is a MUCH higher percentage of what the recommended daily allowance is, I highly suggest that you consult with your physician before taking.

Since I drink milk regularly, I only need one tablet of this product. In addition, the amount of vitamin D3 is very high. I also hope to cut the dose. This product contains calcium carbonate from algae source that is high in bioavailability. Because these algae also contain magnesium, this small amount of 70mg magnesium is also beneficial. This product has added vitamin D3 and K2 to help absorbing of calcium. The dose of vitamin D3 is pretty high at 1200 mcg or 48000 IU. In addition, this product also contains herbal components from moringa and cissus that might help mineralization in bones and help calcium utilization in our body. As printed on the bottle, the shelf life is 2 years.
