TickTalk5 Kids Smart Watch with GPS Tracker, Calls, Texts & SOS Ages 3-12

My son loves this watch. Great investment and he's loving being able to call his family as well as take photos and get picture messages

We've had our TickTalk 5 for just under a year and it has become an essential part of our family's "communication plan", keeping us in touch when and where we need to. This has been particularly important as our child increasingly desires to have more independence and the ability to range about our neighborhood. The TickTalk gives us the peace of mind we need in knowing where he is (through reliable tracking) and knowing that he has the ability to stay in touch with us whenever needed. In this way, the TickTalk also serves as our child's introduction to the "digital lifestyle" that we are all living now. Battery life between charges is good and the watch is quite durable. Setup of the watch and the parent app was incredibly easy. Customer service is top tier, with the couple of questions that we had answered immediately (by a human, no less!). If you've got an energetic kid like mine (and you probably do), I would encourage you to purchase the extended warranty, it's not that much $$ and it is so worth it. The one time we needed service, thanks to a bad fall, TickTalk honored the warranty promptly. The fact that TickTalk offers this option is fantastic and says a lot about how they stand behind their product.

Location tracking, the SOS button, and the ability to control who they can contact have been huge. We know where they are and can reach them (or he can reach us) when needed. For a kid who sometimes wanders or needs a little extra support, that reliability is invaluable.He also just genuinely enjoys wearing it. The watch feels like “His Dick Tracy” device, and he takes pride in using it. It’s durable enough to handle daily life, and the battery lasts through a full day of classes and activities.If you’re looking for a smartwatch that balances fun with real safety and accessibility for a child with special needs, the TickTalk has been a great fit for our family. We have had the tick talk 5 for 8 months now, and we love it. Our 8 and 9 year olds can use all the functions with ease. The calls are very clear and the kids love playing music. The GPS tracker is a great feature not only for keeping track of your child, but for keeping track of the watch if they leave it behind at a friends house or somewhere else. The parental controls are easy to manage during school, etc and can easily be changed on the fly when there is a day off of school or when kids need a little more freedom. We had a few issues with the bands breaking, but Tick Talk helped resolve the issue easily with great customer service. I would highly recommend.
