It helps keep our cat from places we dont want her such as kitchen counters. I think they are expensive for the length of time they work. Batteries dont last as long as I would like either. But for our counter loving cat it does keep her off when it is working. This is the best way we have found to keep her from where we dont want her.

Package was not damaged, but product came defective

I have been using this product for over a year now and love it. It is a safe way to deter my cats from area they should be access (eg., kitchen sink!). The motion sensor on the main device can be picky at times depending on the lighting but otherwise it works great. And the spray itself is safe for them! I recommend.

Opened the box to find the spray can with no cap on it and the spray nozzle had popped off. Attempted to put it back on, but now it no longer lines up correctly. When I tried to put it into the Automatic Sprayer, it didn't fit right. It kept spraying when I would try to put the top on the sprayer, and was unable to get it locked on. Unacceptable, now it's completely useless. Truly disappointed.

The product itself sprays/works fine but it was not effective on my cats. I have a Bengal cat and a Siamese mix (in video). They were curious but not afraid.
