Nothing amazing but there is a noticeable increase in recovery

I'm almost halfway through the bottle. I've noticed that my vascularity and muscle tone have improved. I take "Super Foods" also, so the effect could be a combination from taking them with Epicatechin. For those interested, search "Natural Super Foods that increase muscle mass" and give them a try. I choose the natural products that will not have side effects. If mother nature provides one with the foods needed to be healthy and strong, then I choose natural products like cocoa or green tea.

Tried for 3 months and noticed nothing.

I used this product along with my other supplements to increase blood flow for exercise and for heart health. I’ve noticed a boost to my energy as well. Great product in an easy-to-swallow pill!
