I was never satisfied if the variations in the chemistry of the nicotinamide riboside was what was helping or if it was the vitamin E that I had not been getting. However, the nicotinamide riboside chloride did do something and since it improved my focus and my emotional wellbeing, I can say that it was worth it. My problem is that I do not know if more of the chloride salt of nicotinamide riboside would have been better or not. I can say that the product is free from anything artificial or GMOs. However, this product is sold at a significant price point and I cannot say if it is or is not worth that much based on the chemicals or the effectiveness in terms of causing more NAD+ to be made. It was a positive experience emotionally and in terms of the focus I could bring to bear on a task and the energy that was available and that does mean that it did do something within the month that I consumed the product.

I am going to do whatever I need to do to promote youth as I age. This NAD product is just one of many products I imagine I will try in my quest. The plus side to this product, is you only need to take one per day. This is geared towards your skin. Unfortunately, to tell if any product like this works, you need to take it for several months to see any changes. This price makes it hard to justify doing that. This says it is made in the USA, which is a bonus. I have been using this for 2 weeks and have not really noticed any differences yet. Hopefully, they can tack some coupons on and make this a little more affordable.

This is a very reputable brand with independent testing so you can feel confident that if you believe a supplement benefits you this could be the gold standard. I don’t know if I would take this as my regular NAD+ after this bottle because of the high price tag but I am quite happy with it.

I tried Swisse Plus NAD+ Calm Skin, hoping to get the effect of delaying aging and promoting cell metabolism. However, it is difficult to see the effect in a week or two, so I haven't seen any difference yet. The capsules are easy to swallow, there is no bad taste, and there are no adverse reactions after I take it.
