Decent product
I thought this item was just ok, it says that it is easy on the stomach but I did not totally find that to be the case for me. I took these at night time before bed, I did feel like I got a decent night sleep though.

Helps keep my pain down
I have no doctor but as I understand it magnesium is essential for every body. For me , the right form of magnesium really makes a difference in my life. Google what benefits you get if you take it. I can't tell you what to to but it works well for me. I always keep my Dr. In the loop.

Great brand of Magnesium
This is my favorite brand of vitamins. The quality is always top notch. This supplement is the only one that has helped decrease my leg cramps at night. The capsules are not too big either so they are easy to swallow.
