1 week from being in agony to total relief

I use these everyday and they fixed my collapsed arch problem very well and without taking up any space inside shoes, however because the band is a one size fits all strong elastic I have to cut that away from the cushioned parts and I use sock tape to maintain the cushioned part in place because using the standard supplied sleeve is seriously uncomfortable and it leaves a trough of several mm deep in my foot when used. Sock tape works great tho'.

this product has helped me where others have failed a bit on the pricey side, but worth it - these are well made and, most importantly, serve well to relieve plantar fasciitis i see these lasting for quite some time, and will no doubt prove to be decent value

Don't stay in place

This was very good for my very sore arch. It was very comfortable to wear and fitted well into my trainers.

Unfortunately these haven't helped me at all with my plantar fasciitis. They don't lift my arche or offer any support. I do have hypermobility in my ankles and feet so I wouldn't recommend for people who have hypermobility.

I have had plantar fasciitis for a year now. I have tried just about everything and nothing has helped until I bought these. Clearly not a miracle cure but has helped significantly my walking. I have much less pain and stiffness.

I found this effective to help in the first few days after my foot injury, easy to put on and adjust, and helped me with walking. It was comfortable and moulded well to my foot shape. I feel it is a little expensive for what it is though, so I'm hesitating to give it a full five stars. Worth considering however, it is a quality product.
