I like anything Gurunanda. I haven’t tried the cleanse yet but I will & trust it’ll work.

Each individual set is packaged nicely along with the larger box that it comes in. This is very giftable which I would imagine would be the purpose of this set. The Box it all comes in is quite pretty.One thing to keep in mind - you should like black seed oil if you want to like this set. The taste of these are very potent. I have a friend that loves black seed oil and she takes it every day in a liquid form. I don't have a problem with it and I like black seed oil. But just keep that in mind.With that being said, these are all very useful helpful tinctures. Ashwagandha is huge right now and all the rage, for good reason. I've always found ashwagandha to be very effective for me and this product is no exception. D3 is pretty much always necessary and I believe that's a fat soluble vitamin so even better for the oil to be there. I personally haven't tried the wormwood one yet because I still have another bottle I'm working on. I've also tried gut cleanse formulas with wormwood before - I'm all too familiar with them. So I'm not concerned that I won't like it. Overall this is a very reputable brand and I was excited to get the opportunity to try out these products as being a part of the Amazon Vine Program. I think this is a great set :-)

As someone in my late 50s who has occasionally benefited from traditional Chinese medicine for wellness, I was curious to explore Ayurvedic medicine. I've heard of GuruNanda its strong reputation so I chose this kit as my place to tip my toes in. It’s been a wonderful introduction to Ayurveda, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how well it complements and overlaps with my current health regimen.From a packaging perspective, it's beautiful, and the supplements themselves smell great - similar to some of the teas and tinctures that I grew up with in my household.The ashwagandha supplement was not new to me, but I felt like this formulation was particularly effective. Comparing this to traditional Chinese medicine, we often use herbs like ginseng or astragalus to support energy, and I've had a similar experience with ashwagandha. I feel more level and energy levels are more stable after taking this for a few weeks.I like that the supplements don't just contain a single ingredient. They are blended for a more well-rounded support of the system/function that the supplement is targeted out. The inclusion of vitamin C and D is a nice touch, especially as I’ve been more mindful of supporting my immune system as I age. It feels like a complete wellness routine, not just a collection of supplements.I'm still looking into the gut cleanse to better understand what to expect. After reading the instructions (two weeks of supplementation, a few weeks off, then finishing with a few more weeks of supplementation), I decided that I better do a little more research to know if I need to be near a restroom or if this is something that I can go about my daily routine with.Overall - I'm very happy with this set. I like that the ingredients are natural and well-sourced, and the supplements can be added to my daily teas and drinks and only enhance the flavors or blend in. That lets me seamlessly take as directed and makes it easy to stay on track. It has also interesting seeing how ayurvedic medicine overlaps and complements the traditional Chinese medicine I grew up with and still incorporate.

Super nice quality oils. They are very easy to use. Only a few drops needed. These smell and taste great. Great value for the cost. It's really helped my gut health and improved my quality of sleep.

I'm familiar with this brand's other products and have found them to have a reasonable amount of quality. I like liquid extracts for supplementation because they often absorb quicker and better, but your experiences may differ. I would suggest researching the benefits of each herbal supplement before deciding to purchase, as this kit offers a variety of health support but that will potentially look different in each of us. I can say that this is easy to take sublingually without a terrible taste.
