I was very surprised when i opened the package, the product is well made. I cant speak for the comfort, I wasnt the one trying to wear it and i dont know how candid i can be in this review but the diameter of the ring was too small for me. I didnt realize that there isnt any room for error with a product like this, the ring has to be in the goldilocks zone, where it wont give your girl lockjaw and that you cant fit through it lol.

A little on the big side. Comfirtable soft silicone but hurts the jaw a little.

It is sturdy with a gentle silicone material that is comfortable.

Mouth opening too small for the average girth size, but if you're a slimmer guy or your partner is, then this is a comfortable solid device. Personally, I haven't seen more than a handful of people that it fits. I ended up trying Master Series Jennings mouth gag, and that seems to be a much better option, even if it doesn't look as nice and is not as comfortable. It's functionally better and fits all sizes.

If you like not aspirating on your own saliva I recommend leaving your willing participant (if not willing shame on you and also bodily harm and or death may occur) in a face down postion. Spoiler alert will produce a large slippery puddle directly under mouth if wearer is well hydrated. Comfort is good and feels smooth. Suggest buying a mop and or super absorbent towels with purchase.

Perfect fit. Fast delivery. Good quality. Can not ask for a better product for price, fit, comfort and durability. Especially when using the product.

I should have paid more attention to the length of collar rather than the diameter of the o-ring. It’s only 18 inches. I have a big head and this doesn’t fit it. I need another two inches, at least.
