Perfect poached eggs. Great sized pan that can also be used as a regular pan, lid fits perfectly with or without poaching tray. Ensure you have enough water and it's boiling, eggs won't stick if you use a tiny bit of oil or butter to grease the pots. You don't have to make 4 eggs at once, I usually make 2. If you heat water with pots in place and lid on, there will be condensation, I prefer to place pots after water starts boiling and put eggs in immediately. Cooked eggs will have a little water on top from condensation, just dry them with some kitchen paper. This pan works perfectly, has been used dozens of times it's quite robust, will last a long time.

Great value for money.

It does the job. Can't complain for the money. Some reviewers complain that it isn't nonstick. Wipe the egg cups with a little butter and a dash of water and it's fine. The cups have little tab for holding them. Point those into the centre to make sure the lid sits properly. Also works fine for fried or scrambled. Avoid too much heat

Great poacher and love the non stick pan which can be used for other cooking uses. Thoroughly recommend.

Discolours after one use. Not the easiest to clean. Not non stick. Easy enough to use but not for large or double yokers. Medium egg fills it.

This is the best one for value and making poached eggs, I have bought and I have tried them all.

Egg poacher very good

This makes poaching easy but it takes practice to get runny yolks. Fill, heat and pop the egg cups in. I always rub butter in the egg cups as it makes them slide out easily. Light but well made and I like you can use as a frying pan after, I wouldn’t as it’s not non stick but it’s an option if you need that. Chunky easy to hold handle.
