I was skeptical as to how well it would work for my LO's 4C thick hair, as she tends to whine and cry from start to finish when it comes to getting her hair done. She's very tender headed, so knots and brushing them out are the bane of her existence. The fact that I can move this brush through her hair wet or dry, without pulling her hair too much, is mind blowing. It makes loosening up the knots so much easier and helps get her detangled much quicker. This brush really is a life saver for the little people, and it doesn't scratch their scalp in a traumatic way, the bristles are firm enough but still gentle. This is truly a wonder brush, and a must have for households with tender heads.

LOVE THIS BRUSH! I have 3c/4c hair and this brush is amazing. I've tried other brushes that are similar but they seem to flimsy . This brush has the right heft and is lightweight. Once conditioner is applied it goes through my hair like butter.

This brush work amazing against type c hair. Doesn’t feel like it pulls nor snags.

The plastic feels kind of cheap especially for the price. But it is nice to be able to brush conditioner through her hair and rinse it so easily. Hard to say if it’s actually protecting her curls

Best brush I have ever used for my type 4B/4C hair. Significantly less breakage after switching to this from whatever viral brush I was using 2 years ago. It has more firm bristles so it actually gets knots out of kinkier hair. Bristles are well spaced so it’s not like trying to rake through hair with a fine tooth comb, but not so wide that tangles can slip through. And no balls at the end of the bristles, so it’s not ripping out your hair.
