Pros: easy to use, works at clearing yellow mucus and shortening colds. Colloidal silver you can trust.Cons: it hurts like the dickens.I originally bought this to use on my little kids but after trying it on myself I realized how bad it hurts. I came to the conclusion of using a saline nasal mist on my kid first before administering this to help it not hurt so bad. Iโm not sure if you can add saline to the colloidal silver in the bottle to help lessen the pain or if that would somehow have a negative effect on the silver but that would be a nice improvement if possible. Overall love the quality of the colloidal silver, I use many of their products and trust this brand for good quality colloidal silver to use on the whole family. I feel like this product is moderately priced for the quality you receive.

I'm telling you now, as a woman who smoked and had non stop sinus infections for YEARS, this stuff has become my best friend, I ALWAYS have multiple bottles, and I even give some away to friends who need it. Been a non smoker for two years now, but every time I feel like I might be coming down with a sinus issue, I just whip out my trusty spray and it helps. PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING! I have not needed to see the Dr. for sinus infections in forever. Have it at work, in my purse, and in my house. Even when my sinuses became irritated from the latest wildfire smoke, this was a Blessing. Absolutely recommend. I will admit if I'm really starting a problem, it burns a little at first, but that quickly subsides and I feel so much better quickly!

A very versatile spray, comfortable to use...
Excellent for clearing, nasal passages as needed. As an added bonus, the silver ions provide gentle disinfection inside the nose. Don't worry, it is very gentle and does not hurt at all. I would call it a downright pleasant experience!

I have every bottle you can buy of this product , I take a dropper full everyday, I know this a picture of the spray if I go to see my mom at the senior living center I use the spray also
