This light weight vacuum has exceeded my expectations. I thought I would use while recovering from a major surgery and then go back to my big vacuum but this little guy is amazing. I have two hairy dogs and five people in the house. I have hard wood floors, carpet and area rugs. It works well on all surfaces. I’m shocked by the amount of hair it picks up. It holds the charge long enough for me to vacuum a porch, LR, DR, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and two bedrooms. This is on the lower setting but I don’t need it on the higher one. I clean the air filter regularly and comb the fur off the bristles after every use but I do that with every vacuum I own. The price of this vacuum made me think it wouldn’t last long but it is going strong after five months. I have recommended it to many people.

Update after using it for about five times for carpet cleaning: The floor roller has stopped rotating. There is nothing stuck at all, no hair or anything jamming it. There is no information on how to contact the manufacturer. No phone or email given on their website, nor in the printed instruction sheet that came with it (that says contact us without any information on how to). I see no way to contact them via Amazon either. --------- This is of premium quality with attention to detail. * It looks even better and premium than what I had thought from website photos. * Well designed, lightweight, easy to store as it stands on itself. There's no storage for the accessories included, so they need to put somewhere. * Towards silent types. * Suction felt lesser than other vacuums I have used, but then it is picking stuff from the carpet, wooden floors, and desks, just right. I can't complain and rather am happy with less loud operation. * Attachments are fine too. Charging cable long enough. * The floor part's roller comes out which can be helpful for cleaning it. * Battery seems enough for my small apartment. * Some reviewers had complained that theirs stopped working after a few months and that warranty did not help. Hope that was once-in-a-while thing and that the product lasts. I chose to buy in spite of those reviews as the product is so much cheaper (while still being premium kinds). * When I first charged and operated, I noted that the battery went from 20% to 0% in an instant. So at first I suspected that the battery in the item received could be defective. However, this did not happen upon a fresh charge and use, where battery went down smoothly all the way from 100% to 0%. Hope the battery lasts long enough.

I love this cordless vacuum cleaner. Very easy to use & is lightweight. Price was a good value. Battery takes several hours to be fully charged; but then you can vacuum for 30-45 minutes.

60 DAY EDIT: I have updated my review to reflect my continued experience. I want to say first, this vacuum is honestly going to be good for the majority of people. That’s why I still give it four stars. Pet hair? it can handle that all day long. People hair? Not so much. But honestly you’re probably okay if it isn’t that much. My issues with it are only going to apply to a small minority of people with long hair (mine is waist length) who shed a lot of it on a regular basis. To those people- I urge you to read this! If you intend to vacuum up a lot of your hair DO NOT BUY THIS. Do more research and find a vacuum with a recognized brush roller design that can handle that kind of thing because this one can’t. I expected there to be accumulation issues, that’s just going to happen. I did not expect it to be so hard to discover the block and clean. When the brush roller stopped working I took it off to clean and honestly it seemed clean and it still wouldn’t work! I took it apart again and realized another piece comes off the actual roller and the amount of hair that had rolled itself around was insane. AND IT LOOKED MELTED ONTO THE PLASTIC. I cleaned it thoroughly and the brush started working again. Cool. Awesome. I’m the kind of person that does not want to go through the trouble of returning something and then having to research and buy something new. I’m just not doing that. I’m going to have to be a lot more diligent about cleaning EVERY SINGLE PIECE of the brush roller but whatever that’s fine. I already have it. If you’re considering a stick and have the same situation as I do? Keep looking. Initial Review: I don’t use it as a handheld vacuum, I’m a shop vac girly for those things but as a stick vacuum this thing is amazing. I have vinyl throughout my apt and this thing is amazing cleaning the bare floor as well as the many rugs scattered around of varying pile heights. The light in the front is awesome and it actually gets very low for reaching underneath stuff. The chamber needs to be emptied pretty often but that doesn’t bother me, it just means it’s working tbh. I have a small place so this is perfect for me but for a bigger house, it might not be enough. It’s really light and doesn’t take up a lot of room and the battery lasts a while too.

When my vacuum cleaner brush head broke, the seller sent me a brand new replacement. In addition, it performs really well and the battery lasts longer than expected. Great product and awesome customer support.

As much as I wanted to give this vacuum a good review I fought for a while writing about it. It’s been mixed with good and bad. The battery life isn’t all that great but it’s not horrible. My advice on this is to have it mounted where there is a plug to easily access charging. My laundry room does not have that. The pick up is decent for around my bird cage due to it being small particles. And it’s been pretty convenient to do a good vacuum prior to mopping. I would say that all lasted about six months. I loved it. Then came the having to clean it or clear it prior to every other use. Mind you it’s the same area that I’m vacuuming as I was previously doing, no additional animals or messes. Now I cannot even get the sweeper to rotate. It’s been cleared and cleaned more times than I can count. Also, the roller release does not release it anymore. I even tried to remove it safely by wrapping a thick cable tie around it and using pliers to pull it straight up but still had no luck. Not sure if the whole bottom needs to be replaced or if that’s even an option at this point. I love it tho, when it works. It’s lightweight, quick and easy to use and does do well when all components are working and work together. I’d hate to have to buy something else.

AWESOME... Just what I wanted. Last year I purchased a Prettycarelife model W400 rechargeable stick vacuum, almost exactly like this one. Over two months ago, the brush stopped working.. I set the vacuum aside, and then decided to reach out to the seller. I googled the company, sent an email to their customer care and had a reply later that day. They apologized, and said that model was no longer in available. They directed me to this model, and said that if I purchase it on Amazon, and then after receipt, send them the invoice information confirming the purchase price and that I had received it. That they would refund the cost of the vacuum to my account. I followed the instructions, received the vacuum, sent them the information and had a refund within a day or two... They are amazing, and would purchase again in the future as applicable. I have a cat, so vacuuming pet hair is very important, and this vacuum does that well; and I like the fact that it is lightweight and I can grab it easily for long or quick vacuuming, and that it does not take up much space in the closet. Definitely good value for the money.

To say that this vacuum cleaner does not fulfil its function would be a lie, because in fact it does aspire and also has a very low price. but here I tell you some factors that made me return it and for which I think you should think better before buying it. First of all, the quality felt quite low and I refer specifically to the material, the plastic felt imperfect and very fragile. The battery also died in less than an hour of use, so it was necessary to have it charging almost all the time. Nor can it be said that it was very powerful, because if it aspired but very normal, it did not have so much strength. So I do not recommend it, in fact I return it and I feel that with some more money, better things are found.
