I’ve been using the BT12 for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed. The design is rugged but still stylish, and it feels comfortable to wear all day. The AMOLED screen is super clear and bright, even outside in the sun, which I really appreciate.It’s got loads of features packed in—health tracking, sports modes, compass, barometer—it really does a bit of everything. Bluetooth calling works smoothly too, and the interface is simple and easy to use.Honestly, for the price, it feels like a much more expensive smartwatch. I’ve also had a great experience with Oukitel’s support—they’ve been really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a feature-packed, good-looking smartwatch.

Excellent smart watch very fast connection it does everything I need and more all the readings are very accurate I bought this smart watch because i use oukitel smart phones as they are very well made and reliable.

Initially the watched worked fine, for 1 month. Held charge good and all features functioned. After openwater swimming function was set on the watch I noticed the battery was discharging quite quickly after swimming. The watch had been holding charge well so I thought maybe the battery level monitor was just malfunctioning. I put the watch on charge and noticed that there was no monitoring of heart rate, so I used system settings to reset the watch. Still not functioning and on further investigation nothing was measuring, bpm, stress level, etc. I turned the watch off and left it a while. When I turned the watch back on there were very small whisps of smoke coming from the watch. None of the sensors under the watch illuminated. It became obvious to me that if smoke could come out, water could go in. Something had failed in the build, these things happen. Obviously the fast battery drain had occurred due to short circuit. Defects happen, I accept that. What I do not accept is the customer support. Amazon directed my through customer support to the Oukitel website and the email address to customer support. I received no reply from them. I bought this watch to use on a long summer vacation and its difficult to find a way to return the product right now. When I bought the watch the price was drastically reduced so fortunately I do not lose too much money. I like Oukitel products, I have had two tablets from them, the watch however doesnt seem to have achieved the same standard.

Good looking watch. Great battery. Beautiful screen. Watch shows you few basic staff, but for this price - great item. Watch has got nice shortcuts as well. Friendly interface, not overdone witch is good.

Very good and very cool design and strong strap. BUT glass got scratched from minor impact doing gardening so the ad about it being strong and military is misleading.You can’t read messages and have sat nav but fair enough. The Bpm isn’t accurate at all comparing to my medical one. So I returned it mainly because I dint want to know what happens to the glass if this was only after 2 days overall worth of the money. Really cool design and looks expensive

Why did you choose this product over others?:Nice looking watch very easy to set up once app had downloaded.Have been using for 3 days and battery has only dropped 2%.Tracking of heart rate, Blood Oxygen and steps seem to be accurate.

Although it worked as it should most of the time. Some times the readings were very inaccurate.I purchased mainly for the GPS. To track my runs. And of course to tell me the time. It did the latter well. But the GPS failed occasionally. Heart rate etc was also way out.I found it was a heavy and clumsy watch to wear. Never really happy.

I'm no stranger to the OUKITEL brand already owning a superb WP19 rugged phone and an outstanding RT2 10.1 rugged tablet so I knew what to expect from the BT12 Smart watch and I'm not disappointed.The usual battleship build quality is here present in the BT12 along with the long lasting battery use time estimated with normal use to last on average 9 days!!!!It arrives already charged so works straight out of the box.First thing to do is download the app and everything is straightforward from there.The strap is very comfortable and to be honest after a couple of minutes you don't know you've got it on.I have never seen a charging cable before like the one supplied as it's magnetic and doesn't plug in to the watch but jumps onto the two brass pads on the underside of the watch.I don't know if this type of charging cable is used on other smart phones or is unique to the OUKITEL brand as this is the first smart watch I have owned but I should seek out a spare charging cable and keep the one that comes in the box really safe somewhere.All in all then a really nice piece of kit.Buy and enjoy.UPDATEThere has never been a better time to buy this watch if you are interested in it as it has as I write this review 2/3/25 (and also why I bought it)been reduced from £139.99 to £95.00 but that's not all.... there's a Limited time only coupon off the price as well which makes the final price of this watch an incredible £65.00!!!BUY IT!!!
