Creatine, the game changer!!
My friend told me about creatine recently - how under the radar it is and how much of a game changer it's been for her in terms of recovery. I used to work out regularly and still try to do what I can, but have been suffering from a really painful shoulder injury for months, which has massively impacted my fitness. I quit having physio because it wasn't helping and started doing daily exercises at home to build the strength back up in my muscles instead and started taking this around the same time. I didn't notice any difference to start, but it's now been about 3 weeks of taking this every day and I feel like it's really helping. Even when I miss 2 or 3 days of exercises my shoulder feels so much better than it did. I've also noticed my leg muscles are feeling less stiff after long cycles and runs, which I'm still able to do. It's early days but all research suggests that this supplement could make a big difference to women's health and fitness and I'm honestly shocked that the science is only just becoming public knowledge. In terms of the product I can't fault it. It's completely tasteless and dissolves into anything, even ice cold water! I have it with squash and just use a spoon to stir it in. I went with Nutrition Geeks as I already take their iron supplements, which are fantastic (I notice the difference when I stop taking them) and they also seemed to offer the best value for money compared with other brands. For ten quid, it's a no brainer. Try it and see what you think!

This really works
This is a really good product. You do need to read the instructions and take it consistently over the first week. I assume to get it built up in your system. Then it’s half a teaspoon once a day. I take it in my second coffee and I can barely taste the difference. It’s not unpleasant and it doesn’t smell. It mixes right into the drink so you don’t get blobs of powder or anything unpleasant. The only side effect you get is the good things it promises, that you become a much more able, awake and energised you. I highly recommend Nutrition Geeks Creatin for its effectiveness, ease of taking and one packet lasts forever so the price is very doable.

It had unexpeted benefits for me
This powder dissolves quickly in water and no real taste. To be honest I did not know what to expect from creatine, but over a week later my lower back / hip pain has pretty much gone and I feel better ( and actually sleeping better and more mentally alert ). I took double dose for first few days, and this did result in 'loose stools' LOL, but once back on standard dose ( 3.5 gram per day = one level teaspoon ) no real problem. You get a nice amount for the money ( about 90 days supply ) in a re-sealable ( zipper type ) plastic pouch. I have recommended this to a few other people, I hope they get similar benefits

Improved strength and energy.
A good product that's easy to use and mixes into drinks. There's usually a small amount that doesn't dissolve but I don't find it a problem. I believe that I benefit from it and take small amounts consistently which is important. Along with my gym workouts, I'm definitely stronger and I have good energy levels.

Will continue using!
Let’s start with the absolute witchcraft that is this powder’s solubility. I dump a scoop of this into my morning coffee every single day, and it vanishes faster than my motivation on a Monday morning. No chalky residue, no weird chemical aftertaste, nothing. It doesn't alter the flavor at all. I am still drinking my delicious coffee, but now it’s secretly laced with the power of maximum muscular hypertrophy. It’s perfect. However, we need to talk about the packaging. I cracked open the rather oversized bag for its contents, expecting a glorious mountain of muscle dust to erupt from the top. Instead, I peered over the rim and looked down... down... down into the abyss. Right at the very bottom, huddled together like a tiny colony of lost penguins, was my creatine. The bag doesn’t need to be so big! The product itself is flawless. It dissolves beautifully, tastes like nothing, and does exactly what it says on the…big bag 👀

Does What Creatine Should, Let Down by a Few Practical Niggles
Added creatine monohydrate to the routine after reading consistently positive evidence around strength and power output during resistance training. Wanted an unflavoured powder that could be mixed into a shake or water without affecting the taste, and at 90 servings the value per serving looked reasonable on paper. The performance side is fine. After a loading phase and consistent daily use over six weeks there was a noticeable improvement in output during heavier lifting sessions, an extra rep or two at working weight and faster recovery between sets. Nothing dramatic but consistent with what the research suggests and enough to make it a worthwhile addition to the stack. The dissolving is where the easy dissolve claim earns some scrutiny. In warm water it disperses adequately with a decent stir. In cold water or a cold shake it clumps more than the packaging implies, leaving a gritty residue at the bottom of the glass that needs repeated mixing to shift. Not a dealbreaker but worth knowing if you're mixing into a cold drink straight from the fridge, a blender bottle with a mixing ball handles it better than a spoon and glass. The powder itself is fine in terms of taste neutrality, genuinely unflavoured and doesn't noticeably alter whatever it's mixed into which is exactly what you want from an unflavoured supplement. The packaging is a minor frustration. The seal on the bag doesn't reseal particularly securely after opening, which for a powder product that needs to stay dry is a practical oversight. Transferring it to an airtight container early on is worth doing rather than waiting until it becomes an issue. Solid creatine at a fair price, just not quite as refined in the practical details as it could be.
