Glow by Daye Satin Lined Shower Cap, Adjustable and Waterproof with Satin Interior for Hair Protection, Large, Black and White

This shower cap is terrific. Aside from it's fun aesthetic, it keeps my hair nicely protected whether I'm showering or bathing, and does not slip or rise up during wear, unlike it's less expensive counterparts (I'm looking at you, Goody). It's adjustable, comfortable, and does the job of protecting my hair from the nearly 200 degree baths I tend to linger in before bedtime :)

I really like how this bonnet is double sided. When you are taking a shower on a no wash day you can wear it with the silk side in and your hair will not get wet. Or if you are doing a deep conditioning or dyeing your hair you can wear it silk side out. It has a drawstring adjustable string to keep it in place and would fit any head. I have thick waist length hair and it fits perfectly. Only negative thing about it is I don’t think it is comfortable to sleep in. If your a heavy sleeper or move around a lot I don’t think it would stay in place

I love the drawstring to pull it tight around your face. However, it is very large so it sags. Seems to be intended for a person with thick long hair, lots of braids, dreadlocks.

Finally! A well designed shower cap that is comfortable and effective. Highly recommended.

I had looked for a large reusable shower cap because my locs, & Not microlocs BTW, hang to the base of my back and had grown too thick and heavy for disposable hotel caps or the reusable ones bought in hair stores despite my trying them. When I bought this purple Glow By Daye cap early this year, I was Not disappointed! I love the adjustable drawstring that I just tuck underneath starting near my ear and it rarely comes out. It keeps my locs protected while showering and I've even used it satiny side-in for an occasional sleeping cap. Unfortunately, I lost it somehow while traveling but I ordered another and be getting my new one on Friday! Yay! :)

well made, stylish, and durable. Fits my Locs with no problem and keeps them dry. Has a draw string to secure on head but its not really needed. Stays on with out using the drawstring.

the shower cap is comfy and large enough for thick and long hair. It is also thick and stretchy because you can use the pull string. Well made. However, the two times I’ve used it in the shower, I was surprised that my hair was practically soaked. I wasn’t happy because of the time it takes to straighten my hair and I had an appointment right after. So no saving grace there. Had to go 3A curly. The pull string is very long and I managed to store it under the shower cap. Thankfully it can pull tightly. Hence my surprise at the wet hair. Went to local pharmacy and found a much better shower cap at a lower price. Honestly, this is better as a great silk cap at night. I hope this isn’t everyone’s experience.

This shower cap is perfect and beautiful and made with very nice materials. Too bad the pictures don’t do it justice. You can tell it’s made for all hair types and built to last. My only feedback is I wish they came a little bit bigger or offered bigger sizes so when I have my hair in braids.

I got this and immediately tested it by spraying it with water. It IMMEDIATELY soaked through. Returned.
