I’ve only had 2 cups so far and I’ve already noticed an improvement in my milk supply! 🥰 I honestly wasn’t expecting to see a difference this quickly, so I’m really impressed. The taste is okay as I’m not really a chocolate girly, but it is easy to drink. I’ll definitely be continuing with it and would recommend giving it a try if you’re looking to support your milk supply. 🤱🏽💕

Absolutely love this. I’m not a huge hot chocolate fan usually but this one is amazing. Not too sweet and super delicious. I’ve already had a good milk supply, so hard to tell if it actually works but let’s say - there’s always been enough milk at any time now. Tip: I like mixing it into my coffee in the morning too.

I picked up the HOTTEA MAMA “Go With The Flow” hot chocolate out of curiosity while breastfeeding, and overall it’s a nice little treat with a functional twist. The flavour is actually really enjoyable—rich and chocolatey without being overly sweet. The 41% cacao gives it a slightly more grown-up taste compared to standard hot chocolate, which I personally prefer, especially for an evening drink. I like the idea behind it too. It includes brewer’s yeast, which is often linked to supporting milk supply, so it feels like you’re doing something beneficial while also having a comforting drink. Whether it made a huge difference is hard to say, but it’s a nice addition to the routine. It mixes fairly well with hot milk, although I found it takes a bit of stirring to get completely smooth. Not a major issue, just worth noting if you’re in a rush. The main downside is the price—it’s definitely more expensive than your average hot chocolate, so it feels more like an occasional treat rather than an everyday staple. Overall, a tasty and comforting option with potential benefits for breastfeeding mums, even if the results aren’t guaranteed. Strong 4 stars.

Tastes great with oat milk, and has definitely improved my mil supply. Very happy, will definitely buy again

Left it a week before writing a review but I don’t think it’s a coincidence that my milk has definitely increased since drinking this product. I could have cried when I was filling a whole storage bag in one pump! Previously I was lucky to get 1oz. Yes it’s on the pricey side of life but, worth it. And it tastes great - definitely following the recommendation of using oat milk too!

I find the taste manageable hot or cold but does it really make any improvement I don’t think so. I have had several bags to make sure I was giving it a good go and being constant daily but I didn’t see much of a boost and eventually my supply dropped off

Definitely increased my milk supply. However I do not enjoy drinking it, hot is horrible. Cold is OK if you add some vanilla protein powder. Most importantly though it did increase my supply so even if you just have to neck it, it's worth it.

I thought it was expensive when ordering it, but I really wanted something to boost my supply with it having a massive drop recently. Unfortunately, I didn't see any difference when having the hot chocolate, so it wasn't worth the price. It does taste OK though, I had been having it with oat milk.

The taste is tolerable for me. It does have a bitter taste, but I like it. It’s also been effective for me. I tried it for the first time in the evening, and when I pumped the next day, my milk supply had doubled.
