Headset sits higher than OEM headband
Looking at the good reviews I was pretty excited to try these, however I don't find that they make the headset more comfortable. The size holes on this band are spaced differently than the OEM band, and as a result this headset sits slightly higher on the head causing more neck strain. I'm using the headset with the second from the tallest option - the tallest option doesn't even fit in the headset. I am using the SOULWIT cooling pads which are slightly bigger than OEM with a bit more clamp force as a result, so milage may vary.

Soft and wide.
This is miles better then the OEM headstrap that came with the headphones. The original was very stiff and felt terrible on my head. It would pull my hair and felt like it was digging into my scalp. This one is very supple, softer and wider so it supports the weight alot more evenly and doesn't feel like it's digging into my scalp. My only issue is that I wonder if it really is genuine sheeps skin because it sort of looks like a plastic material and didn't have that leather smell. But either way, it works very well and should hold up for a long time. Very happy..

Extra adjustable option and comfortable
As a glass wearer, I was getting minor headaches from Maxwell's stock strap. It would be too tight for the side of my temple after only an hour or two of use. I couldn't adjust it because of how loose the headset would be if I swapped adjustment holes (basically would fall off my head). This product changed everything. Not only does it feel comfortable from the added row of holes. It feels extremely comfortable to wear with it's material lambskin compared to the stock strap leather. No more headaches and scalps can breathe free.
