Been using this tablet PC for a bit now, and honestly, it does exactly what I need it to. Comes with a keyboard, so typing is easy—perfect for Microsoft Office, emails, and just general daily stuff. Videos play smooth too, no lag or weird stuttering. Battery life is decent, I get around 6 to 7 hours depending on what I’m doing. Not the longest, but not bad either. Just gotta keep a charger nearby if you plan on using it all day. One thing to keep in mind—it’s an x86 PC, not a Chromebook or Android tablet, so don’t expect a huge app store full of mobile apps. It’s basically a small laptop, so as long as you’re sticking to lightweight programs, it runs great. Wouldn’t try running heavy software on it though. Overall, pretty solid for the price. If you need a simple, portable device for work, browsing, and media, this one gets the job done!

This laptop is honestly the best running one I ever had. Quality is great, it runs smoother then my hp windows 11, and it works wonderfully. Battery life is also great. Highly recommend for students and others looking for a smooth running laptop with great pricing. The weight is light and easy to store, the touch screen adds to its quality and overall storage preformnce is astonishing. Five stars most definitely. The keyboard is Bluetooth but you can also connect devices like headphones (even wired ones with 2.5 mm jacks with the connection cord with the set)

I was looking for a Windows 11 Tablet that was larger than a 10.1" screen. Not easy to find especially at an affordable price. I play guitar and wanted a device to scroll music sheets on that were created on my PC and my iPad was not compatible without a lot of awkward file sharing gymnastics. The larger 14" screen size is perfect for reading the music and the detachable keyboard is great for when it's on the music stand as a tablet. My concern for it being a relatively unknown brand faded away when I saw how well it is built and the responsiveness of the touchscreen and backlit keyboard. The screen is bright and sharp, and all of my files are transferring via the usb-c without issue. I hope to be able to find a protective case for it eventually. Well done EYY !

I purchased this computer 11 months ago. It has a 1 year warranty. It died earlier this week and will not longer take a charge. I sent an email on Thursday to EYY support asking for help. On Friday, I had not heard from them, so I tried contacting them through Amazon. This directed me to email support, so I sent a second email. I am writing this on Saturday. Still no response from EYY. I will update this review when I hear from them. UPDATE: it is now 9 days since I contacted their support. I managed to get my computer to charge again, but I have not heard from EYY. Are they still in business?

I bought this laptop top screen and it worked great at purchase. Bought in May this is July and the charge port on this expensive piece of digital flatware is not charging. Not sure of its the cord the plug the port or what. DONT BUY THIS MESS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I could not get keyboard or touch pad to work, but tablet was great, but a little slow. I emailed the company through Amazon, and they sent me directions to turn on Bluetooth and pair with keyboard. As shown in the little user manual. I just thought it was example for other Bluetooth attachments. Also there are charging cord for both keyboard (white with 2 round magnetic attachments) and also for monitor screen (black with c to c ends, includes AC plug). So remember to keep both charged separately. Best also to get an external Hub (Dongle) with USB Type C connector with multiple connectors. Perfect size screen. Also great for music sheets esp when turned in portrait view as Tablet. Have fun. I am still learning, probably for ever.

It’s been almost 2 weeks and after contacting customer service through Amazon and the seller, I have yet to receive a user manual that was not in the box but said it was included. Now the back cover/stand that is magnetically attached and is able to bend at the bottom so the tablet can sit up, is no longer staying magnetized at the top so that I can stand it up. If it is bumped at all, it comes off and the tablet falls. Even getting it steady enough to stand up is a pain now. I also wish we could turn off the touch screen aspect (maybe it says how to in the manual I didn’t receive lol), because trying to get it to stand up has now logged me out of school and a quiz several times. The whole reason I got this was for school and because it was able to act as a laptop. It’s just frustrating
