Classic, Practical, and Built to Last
Classic, Practical, and Built to Last The Plano 3-Tray Tackle Box has that timeless feel of a no-nonsense fishing companion that just works. As soon as I opened it up, I appreciated how the trays lift smoothly and give a full view of what’s inside without feeling flimsy. The dual top access is especially handy—I could grab small essentials like hooks or bobbers without having to open the whole box, which is a real time-saver on the water. The build feels sturdy yet lightweight, and the dark green metallic finish with off-white accents gives it a clean, classic look. With three trays and a spacious bottom compartment, there’s plenty of room for lures, weights, tools, and odds and ends. The latch feels solid and locks securely, so I don’t worry about it popping open during transport. What I like most is how practical it is for both casual anglers and those with a large collection of tackle. Everything has its place, and the design avoids gimmicks—just straightforward, reliable storage. I can see this lasting years if treated with a little care. If I had to nitpick, it’s a bit on the larger side, so carrying it around for longer distances might not be ideal. But for car-to-boat or dockside fishing, it’s perfect. Bottom line: A dependable, roomy tackle box with a thoughtful layout and classic design—ideal for keeping gear organized and ready for action.

Solid purchase
Not sure why anyone would write a negative review on this tackle box unless it was received damaged. I have way too many tackle boxes (frankly it’s embarrassing). I bring too much stuff on the boat and end up using just a few baits. This box will help me pack just what I want to use (largemouth primarily) and I’ll leave 90% of the “clutter” at home. It’s sturdy (unless you plan on throwing it around) , nice looking, and will easily hold a few crank baits, a couple top water, a couple spinners, and plastics (in the bottom). Scissors, hook removal tool, etc will all fit in the bottom, and not be cramped. For the price, and Plano quality, I’d buy it again any day.

Good quality tackle box for the price
This thing is awesome. I can fit everything I need in it. It has a couple top sections I cannot my wallet and keys so they won’t get wet or dirty. Latch feels smooth and sturdy when opening and closing identical to one you’d find at a bass pro or Walmart.

Good product
Sturdy material. I like the quality. I’m happy with everything except when closing the lid it catches on the front of the top tray for a second then slips over it and closes. Not bad just a little annoying. Overall a nice product at a fair price.

Nice compact versatile tackle box!
Decent option for a tackle box. Not too big, just enough room to store a variety of items. Top level has dividers and bottom is open Light weight but durable. Latch seems sturdy!

Best purchase
This is the best fishing product purchase I have ever made. I used to use a backpack which lead to back pain but this, it made transport of my jigs really easy. If you fill everything, it can get heavy so chill on that. The storage is way enough for 50+ jigs.
