Will this cover knots?

I'd recommend spot covering them with a bit of Zinsser BIN first to seal the knot. Then paint the ceiling in ceiling pro.

Can this be used on bathroom walls too ?

I haven’t used it on walls but don’t see why not - provided the wall surfaces are clean and the existing paint is compatible (emulsion like the ceiling for example) then you should be OK - hope this helps….

Will this cover at Artex ceiling wiich had suffered a leak in past, also will otcwork without any prep and one coat ?

It will cover artex but not level it. It does cover well, but you may want a second coat of this or something else for a better finish.
