Trusting this product for my everyday and active sports usage. Quality is good, appearance is good, long battery life, easy to connect.

Great headphones. Perfect for running. Not sound cancelling, but that is what we wanted. You can hear what’s going on around you. Probably slightly on the big size but I always struggle with in ear headphones.

I was really hoping I'd purchased a great pair of earbuds, however, the sound wasn't as crisp and punchy as I expected. I know that this type of open earbuds are not as good, but in the end I returned them for a different make which turned out to be much better all round.There were some good points such as magnetic charging and a good app (Zepp app) which made it good for operating from your phone.

I had high hopes for these headphones, especially since I’d recently purchased the T-Rex 3 watch and was eager to use them for features like AI assistant control and music. Unfortunately, they didn’t live up to my expectations.Pros: The sound quality is undeniably great. That’s about where the positives end.Cons: Pairing the headphones with my phone was easy, but connecting them to the watch was a frustrating 20-minute ordeal. I even had to dig out the manual and search YouTube for guidance—only to find a couple of unhelpful videos in German. While there’s plenty of support and great reviews available for the watch, the same can’t be said for these headphones.When I finally got the watch connected, I ran into another problem: the controls. They are essentially unusable. The button system doesn’t allow any pause between presses, so trying to triple-click for the AI assistant is hopeless—it either skips tracks, pauses, or does nothing. By comparison, cheaper headphones, like the TELNP Open Ear Clip Wireless ones, handle this flawlessly.Another major flaw is that these headphones aren’t compatible with the Zepp app. This means no firmware updates or added functionality, which is a significant letdown considering the price point. Other products from this company have app support, so this omission feels careless.Conclusion: In the end, I returned them. It’s evident that these headphones weren’t adequately tested before launch. If you’re looking for a reliable alternative, I highly recommend the Soundcore C30i or similar budget options—they work better and cost much less.I truly hope the company addresses these issues in future versions, as I’d be willing to give them another try. For now, though, I’d suggest steering clear and opting for a more refined product.

A bit of a mixed bag. I found them to be robust and well fitting but the sound quality and volume not great. If you're planning to use them indoors, they are ok, but if using for outdoor runs and their is traffic about you may struggle to hear your podcast/ music. Update - moved to two stars purchased in April, 6 months later the sound quality has really dipped with volume too low for them to be used.

Ik heb hem nu een aantal keer getest tijdens het hardlopen en de fit is perfect. Je hebt nooit last van het uit je oren vallen van de koptelefoon, ook niet als je zoals ik erg veel zweet. Het geluid is acceptabel, maar verwacht er niet te veel van. Ook het volume valt me wat tegen, met veel omgevingsgeluiden is het soms lastig om de muziek goed te horen.Koppelen met de app ging eenvoudig en ik kreeg gelijk een update die ik kon installeren.Via de app kun je ook de geluidsinstellingen aanpassen. Al met al dus tevreden voor het beoogde doel, namelijk muziek luisteren tijdens hardlopen, waarbij je nog steeds voldoende omgevingsgeluiden waarneemt.
