We drink this everyday. It is especially good while dieting as you get 30 grams of protein with only 160 calories. The flavor is one of the best out there while being clean. My husband is even drinking it. I use it with ground flax seeds and frozen berries to make a great lunch smoothie!

The taste is pretty good. You can taste the chocolate flavor. The protein shake is not thick or chalky. Best part is the amount of protein in grams compared to other protein shakes. The ingredients are alot cleaner than most brands. I recommend this protein shake brand. I will be ordering more soon.
