I have been using this product for some time now and have learned how to utilize it best. It gives you a great boost of energy within minutes of taking it and therefore just taking 2 capsules upon waking up is now part of my routine and then another 2 capsules along with lunch provides me with a great boost throughout the entire day. I do NOT recommend taking this after 4pm as it may mess with your sleep and drink lots of water as well, typically two glasses along with the capsules. Overall, it is a great product that delivers!

I’ve always loved taking SST so I went ahead and tried this new version. When I thought it couldn’t get any better Performix out did themselves with this product! I love how I had long lasting energy, mental focus, appetite suppressant all in one serving! My cardio session was a piece of cake while using this, looking forward to my “Cuts” after the first bottle! A must have!

using it per the directions (2 in the AM to start. Then 4 in the AM) equates to being pricey for a 25 day (or less) supply. I kept to just 2 a day, and lost 2 pounds. Not the best. But, slowly is good. Not sure if I'll renew it, not. But, going to wait until after the New Year.

So my all time favorite preworkout is Performix pineapple with SST. When the company had its financial crisis and went out of business, I was out of luck. I really like that long release of steady energy over a couple of hours, vs that 20 to 30 minutes of unusable energy nervousness. This might be the closest alternative to that preworkout. I like the energy because its not all at once. I wish that pineapple with SST still was made.

This product seemed to the opposite for me as what it’s promoted to do. I work out 5/6 days a week. Left me actually craving sweets which I usually do not eat. I have actually gained three pounds since taking. Wasted my money, thru them away.

Made me too hyper & upset my stomach. But helped with burning fat.

There is no better blend of ingredients in the market than this one. I cycle on and off with the v3x depending on my weight loss goals. This is the real deal if you also exercise and eat clean, you will see amazing toning and sculpting of your body.

Holy sweat! The energy is progressive, doesn’t cause jitters or nausea. Keeps appetite at bay. Can only take one pill a day so far (at 6am before workout on empty stomach), and am happy with that. Energy continues well into afternoon!
