This review pertains to the 'Niceday' Elliptical Exercise Machine with 19" stride, Model CT11-19 for $800. The box arrived in good condition with several dings in it. The interior packaging of the box cushioned each individual part very well so there was not even a scratch of damage. It took over an hour to unpack it and discard all the packaging and about 2 hours to assembly it. The assembly was very easy, but I took it slowly to make sure it was done right. Every part was well labeled in the manual. They even included two wrenches, so all I needed to add was my Phillips head screw driver. I was impressed by the quality of the hardware and the parts. This is well made. Once assembled it was very stable, and the operation was whisper quiet and smooth. It does come with a simple control panel to monitor time, heart rate, etc. I love that it is simple. Some machines you need a degree in computer science to figure out. Not this one – very easy to use. Plus, it needs no wires and no electricity. The control panel runs on 2-each AA batteries. A simple knob adjusts 16 levels of tension – the control panel is not needed for that. To top it off, it weighs 125 pounds, so it is easy to move via the front two wheels. I specifically wanted the 19” stride. I am 5’ 8” 170 pounds. Smaller strides (15” to 18”) are not as effective and are awkward to use unless your body is smaller than mine. This unit supports a person up to 400 pounds and 6’6” tall. If you need an adjustable incline, this does not adjust. You will need to spend about $500 more to get that feature made by some other manufacturer. I am more price conscious and can easily do without the incline. The base is 42” long x 20” wide. The legs swing an additional 12” to the front and 6” to the rear. The handle height is 63”. To top it off this company offers Lifetime service for assistance & parts. I don't normally like writing reviews. I mostly write them when I have issues with a product and want to warn others. As you can imagine, I've written many lately. I enjoy writing this one because much to my surprise everything they advertise is absolutely true! Before purchasing I read many of the reviews and watched the videos. There is only one minor issue I saw in the reviews and it may be an issue for you if you don't use the eliptical in a well lit room. The display is not backlit so it makes it harder to read in low light conditions. I was ok with that so I purchased it. This eliptical is sturdy, well made, easy to assemble, and quite (no sound at all). I am 5'8" and my husband is 5'11" so I wasn't sure about the 15.5 stride but it is perfect. The tension adjustment moves easily and can be adjusted while working out, no need to stop. The range of the tension is amazing, from a casual stroll to climbing a very very steep incline. I'm out of shape so it actually feels like climbing a mountain. For it's size, it really gives you as good a workout as one you'd find in a gym. I put it together in one room and very easily moved it, across carpeting, by myself with very little effort, to another room. I am truly amazed! On top of all that, it was supposed to arrive 12/27/24 but surprised me by arriving on 12/23/24. What a great Christmas present. The Niceday CT11-19 19” stride elliptical machine is pretty nice but has room for improvement. Firstly in the way the entire CT11 series is advertised. I feel for the disappointed buyers who thought they were getting an adjustable stride and didn’t. Regardless of which model you’re looking at it states “Elliptical Trainer with 15.5IN-19IN Stride. Combine that with the Rufus ai stating “the Niceday Elliptical Exercise Machine features an adjustable stride length ranging from 15.5" to 19", accommodating users of different heights up to 6'5".The adjustable stride helps ensure a comfortable, natural gait that matches your movement pattern for better workout persistence.” NOT SO. There is no adjustable stride length. It is fixed during manufacture. Foot Pedals - As others have stated, the foot pedals could be wider. I am constantly rubbing against the inside edges of the pedals. Digital Display (aka Digital Watch) - This is the biggest disappointment. It does function as intended, but placing a phone, laid either vertically or horizontally, in the holder obscures enough of the screen to make it useless. An iPad? Forget it. I also find that the digital display is too low for me and I'm 5' 7". Reading with my neck bend down quicly causes headaches. And each time you press one of the display buttons its beeps rather loudly and wakes my wife. So not good. I did recently discover that my Apple Watch recognized that I was using an elliptical and consequently need the digital display has completely vanished. The watch does every thing the display does but SILENTLY. I use the machine most mornings and the wife never hears. Shipping - The elliptical arrived in a timely fashion and was well packaged though the hand cutouts at the end of the box readily tear out if you attempt to use them. Space Requirements - It fits where neither the Sole E25 or the E35, which I previously owned, would not. Assembly - The machine comes with a Allen hex wrench that has a Phillips head at the other end. Just use a real #2 Phillips screwdriver. I was pleased and surprised to see a forged open end wrench tossed in in addition to the cheap stamped metal wrench. Appreciated. Thank you Niceday. In order to install the two leg tubes use a short piece of 2x4 lumber beneath the body of the machine to lift it up. Watch the Niceday assembly video and if you look closely you’ll see that it is raised, but it gives no hint hint as how that happens. Floating? When connecting the left & right linkage axis to the roller (page 5) you can get that bar with the foot mounting plate out of the way by lifting it and securing it to the front vertical tubes with rubber bands. I give my wife credit for that. Bottom line: The CT11-19 and the CT11-20, came the closet to my needs of being compact, quiet and solidly built. I would prefer to have a 20 inch but could not justify the cost difference. I previously owned a 20 inch Sole and loved it. Ahh, the good old days.

This elliptical works great! My mom put it together and she said the instructions were very clear and all the tools were well organized and it was easy to put together. I am using it and the quality is great and I highly recommend it. Plus, the price is right.

This is my 3rd elliptical in less than a year. Looking for a quality workout that wouldnt wake the neighborhood when i used it! I went from a proform cadence to a schwinn 430, which i thought would be my Cadillac of ellipticals. I was disappointed when it started making noises that I just couldn't fix or drown out. I work out an hour daily, so I want it to be a smooth, quiet "therapy" time for me. And, I want the machine to hold up to this type of activity. By far, this Niceday exceeds my expectations! It is definitely compact, but oh so mighty! Smooth! It glides so smoothly, I've been able to adjust the resistance up and definitely feel the difference when the workout is complete. Quiet! You can't hear ANY noise from this machine! No squeaks, no grinding, no creaks, NOTHING! Assembly was super easy, even just using the tools it comes with. Directions are clear and simple. Display is simple... nothing fancy, but all the frills did nothing for my actual workout so I don't mind that at all! Overall, I am super satisfied with this machine. Ive only had it and used it for 3 days, but based on the overall build of the machine and experience so far, I have high expectations it will last a while. Finally, an elliptical i enjoy using!!

Pros: - Strides are smooth, long, and quiet. - Doesn't take up too much space. - Easy to assemble. The proper tools and instructions are provided. Not too many steps and not difficult to figure out. - Easy to move after you put the wheels on. - Everything works (at least at a very basic level) Cons: - Pulse is on separate handle and starts at around 70 and only goes up by 2 about every 2 seconds until it reaches the correct number - Resistance not connected to computer. Is separate piece and requires significant adjustment while exercising if you want to change resistance level. - Calorie burn is extremely low. Think around 1/10th of what it should be. Probably related to the resistance not being included in the equation. - Machine shakes heavily with an intense workout (not bad at all if you take it slow). - Shakiness and small area for electronic devices means your phone will fall off very easily.

I have only used this elliptical for a couple of weeks, and I am quite pleased with it. Well constructed and compact; fits nicely in the corner of my office, and does not have a big footprint. Easy to move by one person, facilitated by the wheels on the front. Quiet operation...no problem hearing the TV while I exercise. Display panel easy to read, with intuitive settings/controls...battery operated, so no need for an electrical outlet.

I've had this for around a year, and it has been great. I had an issue 1 year in where the belt seems to have ended up off track, resulting in it getting its treads shredded and needing to be replaced. I reached out to support and they happily sent me a free replacement belt. The replacement itself was moderately difficult, as you need to take off over a dozen screws for the shroud (which then dumped rubber dust all over my floor from the shredded belt), unscrew the ends on the bolt that keep the wheel in place - which seems straightforward but you need to realize there are two allen screws that need to be loosened to get it off - all so you can put a new belt on. Its a shame that the wheel is fully enclosed preventing easier replacement, but I'm sure its for stability or something. I'd call the repair moderate difficulty alone, just takes a while to figure out. Having done it once, I could replace it again in under an hour. I was also able to find replacement belts pretty easily for sale in case it happens in the future, so I ordered an extra pack of 3 belts from https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FNWNJG1K so I expect I will be using this for several more years, and they were identical to the original/replacement. As for the performance, I'm a big guy and use it daily without difficulty. I wish the resistance went a bit higher, and it would be cool to have an incline, but at the time I purchased this was far cheaper than any alternatives that had incline support. The resistance isn't bad, I was just used to maxing it out at the gym and this is the equivalent of a few notches below that. It is quiet enough for me to watch shows without any distraction, so I generally hop on whenever I want to watch something.

It's not electric.

I was looking for a simple elliptical machine that doesn't require electricity or make much noise. I read several positive reviews and decided to order this one. It came in a big heavy box that the delivery guys thankfully delivered to my front door and then I drug it inside on my own. I opened the box and set all the loose pieces aside on a table. It was packed very well. My first glance at the instructions filled me with dread but then when I actually started to look at them along with the loose pieces, I realized the instructions weren't that bad at all. They showed helpful pictures (don't get discouraged by all the numbers - they DO make sense). It took me more like an hour to put it together but it really did come 90% pre-assembled. It came basically folded in half but once you assemble it, it'll stay in its assembled position (you can't fold it up and tuck it away). The "putting together" part consisted of screwing in screws and bolts in various places - quite easy actually. Once assembled, the instructions said to use it for 10 minutes to test it. It actually exceeded my expectations. It really is silent. Sometimes I wake up at 4 and can't go back to sleep but I also can't really exercise because of all the other people in my house. I'm thrilled that I can actually do something that will make me sweat and not wake anyone up now! It's a very smooth operation. It's simple. The digital computer starts up when the pedals move so you don't even have to turn it on. You can set the timer if you want. When you stop, the computer will turn itself off after 4 minutes of inactivity. It has 16 levels of resistance. I haven't been this excited about a purchase for a very long time. I love that it doesn't take up half a room. Oh, AND it's easy to move! I bought a 2x4 foot mat for it to sit on but it doesn't need one. I would say the depth is actually more like 140 cm instead of the 100 cm advertised. It might be 100 cm when the machine is resting and the pedals and handles have returned to "center" position but when it's in motion, you'll actually need 140 cm (55 in) of room available for things to move around. The width (2 ft) and height (5 ft) are spot on accurate. I'm 5'8" and my husband is 6'1". We both find it comfortable for strides.

I like the compact size and quiet operation. I had an original concern about the downward orientation of the pedals. I found myself constantly fighting against gravity with my shoes sliding toward the front of the "pedal" This created sore balls of my feet and sore toes pushing on the tops of my shoes, and even some back discomfort, despite trying to lean backward into a more neutral posture. I still think an upward pedal orientation would have provided a more neutral posture and workout similar to a climber. That said, I am updating my review because the company's customer service has been excellent. I also discovered that by placind a 2 x 4 under the front legs of the machine, brings it close to level, and has largely resolved the issues I was experiencing. If you are comfortable with the machines intended orientation, or don't mind levelling the front yourself, I think this elliptical is a good overall buy. Its compact footprint, quiet operation, and responsive customer service, make it easy to recommend with that small adjustment

Easy to put together. Very smooth and quiet during use. Had a problem with a couple screws stripping but they provided extras so it was fine.
