Head Torch Rechargeable, 230° Ultra-Wide Beam & Adjustable Focus

Really great quality, super bright head torch. I actually bought this for the "floodlight" light strip, but I have actually found that the focusable spotlight is so amazingly good, and so useful and so bright, that I mostly use that. It has a really accurate and tight beam that you get very little light bleeding out of the circle, which makes it perfect for looking at a specific area and not causing a disturbance for anyone else. I bought the pack of two, which arrived in a nicely packaged box - which I have kept so that they have a proper home , which is often a problem with the various torches etc that I have bought in recent years. Basically they often end up in a drawer, snagged on other items and get damaged or just forgotten about. The box gives some decent looking protection against this. I have used them for a considerable time between charges, and have never actually run out of charge, so the battery seems to last really well. This is even more surprising given the sheer brightness. They have a satisfying weight - suggesting a certain durability - without being heavy, and with the adjustable headband they are actually pretty comfortable. I have worn them over the top of beanie hats, baseball caps and a forestry helmet! Overall I'm really impressed. Great value, great product.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas and he thinks they are incredible. So many different ways to use them and the light span is amazing. He was chuffed there were two in the pack, great value for money. They are adjustable and not heavy to wear, either.

I was after a lightweight head torch that didn't protrude too far, which produced a good general illumination rather than a focused point of light to avoid shadow cast. This particular head torch first caught my eye due to the flat LED light strip and secondly due to the number of positive reviews. I'm pleased to say that it's exactly what I was hoping it would be - with the adjustable strap, it's a perfect fit, lightweight and the LED strip creates a very bright overall illumination. The single side light is useful and the motion sensor on/off function is handy but can be triggered accidentally by arm movement....not an issue but worth a mention....this function however can be turned off. The battery holds its charge very well, having used it solidly for a few hours without the need to recharge. It also folds up quite neatly and tucks away in your pocket or told box. If you live remotely like me and need a good reliable head torch that's comfortable to wear and lasts for hours, you won't go wrong with this one....

Generally I'm pleased with these things. As advertized there are two bright and useful head-torches, well made and with a good battery capacity, but I'm only giving 4 stars because the makers missed a trick. There are 6 modes, plus off, and when I switch it on it starts in unfocussed bright mode, which is what I use most. But when I'm done, I have to cycle through the remaining 5 + 1 to switch it off. Other headtorches I've had all gave the option of cycling through the modes only for about 30 seconds after switching on, so the next hit on the switch would go straight to off, an obivous convenience. The unfocussed headband light is bright, as is the focusable sidetorch.

Brilliant head torch. Good for a work light and good as a torch when you’re out at night! Easy and quick to re charge. It’s a good gadget!

This unit is indeed very bright, the wide beam and the focus beam both have two brightness levels. Plus the wide beam has a red light, which you can also have flashing and there is a sensor mode which allows you turn the light on or off. It is fairly comfortable to wear and easily adjustable. When reading the user manual, it stated to keep the headlamp away from water, which alarmed me as it is advertised as waterproof. However I contacted Demlaies and assured me it is waterproof, but it is not to be immersed in water, which I can understand. Very happy with it and would recommend it. I would like to add that when I attempted to recharge one of the headlamps, the connecting point was faulty. So I emailed Demlaies explaining the problem and included a photo of the faulty connection point. I am very pleased to report that they replied very quickly and having checked my address sent out a replacement headtorch. Their customer service was excellent and I still have no hesitation in recommending this product, I am very pleased with it.

This head torch is ideal and bright enough, I have a more powerful head torch (with 3 18650 batteries) but is a pain to carry around whilst walking the dog (only need for the off road tracks). This torch is very light weight and comfortable to wear. Also very handy when you need a decent light for doing tasks, I use one when out with the dog at night and the other is in my van and has come in handy a couple of times already. Battery has a decent life, I have used the torch for about an hour every day and so far no issues and hasn't needed charging since the initial charge when I received the torch. So far great value for money!

Very bright light beam or optional lower settings. Will carry with me on Kayak or Bike trips. Well built. Will wrap some electrical tape around battery housing to seal off case opening and USB slot when in a serious wilderness situation with possible heavy rain. Keith

This review is for the LED Rechargeable Headlamp - They hit a home run with this headlamp. It stays put on your head unlike others that slip around your head because of too many slippery elastic straps - the silicone makes it non-slip. All the lights work as intended. I really LIKE that the strobe is separate from the other lights. On all the headlamps I have used you have to cycle through all the lights to turn the headlamp off, but you do not need to go to the strobe. To use the strobe you long press the power switch. PLUS if you have it on for a while and need to turn it off , just press the power button and it's OFF... no need to cycle through all the options. The switch is easy to turn on, the motion sensor works well....took a bit of practice, I kept wanting to 'wave', but the light turns ON with movement, and if you go back and forth it like a 'wave' it will turn on then off right away. It's great that it is rechargeable! It says it is waterproof - it feels like it is but I will be using it for shop work, and electrical, so I will not be needing that feature. I think lefties will be fine with the position of the switch even though it is on the right side of the headlamp. As so many other products the 'instruction' manual is very lacking - BUT nearly everything is on the Amazon description page. I had to figure out the motion sensor by trial and error... mostly error LoL I have been using the headlamp a lot for the last week - installing a ceiling light and doing detailed work and have two tweaks - for some reason I ALWAYS put this on upside down- So I'll be marking it so I don't do that. Second if you take it off and on a lot the elastic doesn't actually 'stretch out', but the elastic slowly loosens from the fastener, so I'll be putting a couple of stitches in to hold it in place. Still FIVE stars

Eine gute Kopflampe. Hängt manchmal etwas schief, das kann aber auch an mir liegen. Ansonsten im großen und ganzen schönes Licht. Für den Hof absolut ausreichend...
