Best decision I have made and purchase I have made for my digestive health. Do you drink a lot of water on when you take the pills because you will taste it afterwards if you don't. I have gone from twice a week to twice a day with movements and feel a lot better and lighter.

Seems to be working just fine no side effects of the negative kind

I was taking a cloves supplement for its very high anti-oxidant levels. I came across this supplement and was happy to see the cinnamon and ginger, as well as more high anti-oxidant compounds. It's a great combination, but unfortunately, It does not specify the type of cinnamon it contains. In all likelihood, this means that it is NOT Ceylon cinnamon. Ceylon cinnamon is TRUE cinnamon, while the cinnamon more commonly used (because if its much lower price) is NOT real cinnamon, and does not have the health benefits of Ceylon cinnamon. I would love to see this manufacturer choose the best ingredients because their formulas are excellent otherwise.
