My old Oster bread maker has been used for 5+ years and finally quit working. You wouldn’t notice it’s running without paying close attention.2. The dual-heater makes even browning. The crust color function works very well.3. The efficient kneading and precise temperature control deliver the most beautiful and delicious bread loaves. From outside the golden color to inside the soft/fluffy texture, everything is perfect.4. The ceramic bread pan is truly nonstick and scratch resistant. Bread loaves come out easily. Cleaning is a breeze.5. The unique Stir-fry program makes roasting raw nuts quite easy. I’ve used it to roast walnuts and pumpkin seeds with great results.6. The 3LB capacity is very helpful to my needs.7. The thoughtful design and solid build make it feel a premium and quality product.I’m a baking fan and care about things related to bread baking. Among the 5 different brands & models of bread makers I’ve tried so far, this bread maker has met my expectations best.While I strongly recommend this bread maker, I do have a wish list to make it even better and be my ideal bread maker.1. In the custom programs, I wish the buttons could be more responsive.2. It would be more useful if the Raw dough program is replaced by a Knead program with extendable kneading time 10 - 60 minutes.3. It would be more helpful to increase the default Pause time length from 3 minutes to 10 (or 15) minutes.4. For my needs, I wish the fruits/nuts dispenser size could be a bit larger.The seller’s customer services are excellent. They have always responded to my emails in a timely manner. I am especially pleased with it because it works silently. The instruction manual is easy to read and understand.My first attempt (milky bread) came out beautifully and tasted great. It's easy to clean and the stirring rod comes out easily.Most remarkable is the prompt and and favorable response I received from the sellers. I highly recommend this bread machine.
