This is now my husband’s “go to chai”.
Love that the ingredients are clean, there are no preservatives in this tea, and no sugar added. Now my husband only wants this tea instead of normal boiled loose leaf chai. We do feel that the milk powder is not sufficient and adding less water makes the tea too strong. I add this to boiled half milk/ half water combination to give it the true milk tea taste. Obviously not quite the “just add water” we expected. We liked it so much that I bought two 50 packs of both cardamom and ginger! (Buying this in bulk makes it price effective but the 12 and 24 packs are quite pricy for everyday use at nearly 40 rupees per cup of tea. ) Other brands have maltodextrin and sucrose added, so I will take all the perks of fit tea happily over any others we have tried. Suggestion: add another gram of milk powder please 😉

Tasteless and lumps
Tasteless, formslumos, does not dissolve, leaves residue in the cup. Difficult to clean.

Tea not strong enough ... Ginger taste too strong
I am a very particular chai drinker. I like my chai strong and high quality with pure ingredients. The chai is not strong. Ginger is too strong. There is no sugar which is great because I can put my own quantity and quality of sweetner ... Two stars for that. For some it may be just right ... It is just too milky and not strong enough ... I have only tried two sachets ... Perhaps it requires twerking in terms of quantity of water ...

You can sweeten it if you like, but it's delicious on its own. Both flavors are convenient and easy to make, perfect for quick, tasty tea anytime. I haven't yet tried the other flavors but these are amazing
