Changed VOC
The formula has definitely changed. I have you used this hairspray for years because of my fine hair? Now when it sprays out it is just wet a and does damage to your style. My hair stylist mentioned that it might be the new laws and regulations that the VOC had to be lowered because of Californians ruling. Now trying to get products with the voc that we like might be impossible.

Not as good as it used to be
This is my go to hairspray but for some reason I am not liking how its working, I'm not sure if something happened to the bottle or what but its just not performing like normal.
