This is a breakthrough!
I had a Cambridge Audio amplifier, which has finally given up the ghost - annoying crackle and cut-out on one side of the stereo. It was driving me mad. I listen to classical music a lot. Looking around for a replacement stand-alone amp was proving costly - I have a brand new CA CD player and good CA bookshelf speakers which I didn't want to junk (which I'd have had to if I'd bought a self contained hi-fi system, which at first seemed the only option) Looking around on the net I found this amazing little piece of kit and thought, well, this is so cheap that even if it's not up to much it's better than half the music being cut off periodically by my dying CA amp, and I went for it. It's astonishing. It has plenty of power, and its treble and bass controls are very useful - my old amp didn't have those - as I listen to old recordings too which sometimes need a bit of bass boost or treble cut-back. I have a mass of music on MP3 files on a computer in an adjacent room which I can now listen via the excellent reliable Bluetooth connection. The CD player connected to the little amp works fabulously too. The sound quality has plenty of presence and is not remotely tinny or restricted, which I'd feared with such a little machine. This is a brilliant idea and a mini-revolution in amp design. The folks at Fosi have found a serious hole in the market and plugged it with a great range of innovative and smart kit. Very highly recommended!

Great compact amplifier
Last year I had bought a Tangent Ampster BT II amplifier, which had worked great, however it recently had an issue with the power switch, so had to be sent away for repair. As I used it in my office I needed a replacement and decided to order this amplifier. I thought the Tangent Ampster was small, but this BT20A amplifier is ridiculously small! This is mainly as the power supply is external to the amplifier, which itself is bigger than the amplifier. I have it connected to a pair of Mission LX-1 MKII speakers, and I am happy to say that this amplifier easily runs these speakers, with no sign of distortion. I appreciate the treble and bass controls, as by default the treble did sound lacking and a bit stifled. The dials are nice and smooth, and the power switch toggle works without issue. At this size and price you only get 1 set of RCA inputs and 1 set of speaker outputs, but for my use case this is fine. Bluetooth works seamlessly, and the audio quality is about on par with direct RCA connection. Be aware that if you connect via bluetooth it will override the RCA input, even with no music played over bluetooth. I will say, as others have, that being able to connect to the amplifier via bluetooth without being asked for a code is a potential issue, I live in a block of apartments, so anyone could connect to it if they tried. I don't hear any hissing when not playing music, so that is another plus. Overall a great little amplifier for the price, once my other amp is back from repair I will probably relegate that to the living room as it has a remote control that is more useful.

An excellent amplifier.
I bought this on a whim and it has turned out to be an excellent purchase. I bought it with 15% off so it was just over £70.00 and at that price I feel it to be very good value indeed. It is certainly a small amplifier and ideal for anyone with limited space. It has metal casing and feels very solidly built. This gives me confidence as so many items seem flimsy these days. I use it mainly with a CD player and the sound quality is superb and certainly loud enough. Using it for streaming over Bluetooth is also excellent. The only downside is that I find the volume etc controls a bit small and fiddly to adjust. Not a major problem really but a remote would have been nice even if increasing the price slightly. I was so impressed with it that I also purchased a BL20A a few weeks ago. That too is an excellent amplifier and I have reviewed it separately. Overall I cannot fault Fosi products and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Neat amplifier with remarkable sound
This amplifier is supplied with a 160 watt power supply so don't expect the full capability of power output from the chip. However, it produces more power than I'll ever need, I'm assuming approx 80 watt per channel. I'm impressed with the sound and the ability to play around with the preamp chips. The Bluetooth works with surprisingly good sound to my ear.

Small punchy with a good soundscape
This a small amplifier for sure but packs a surprising punch, working from I lost a lot of space on my desk due to an additional monitor and could no longer utilise my old Denon amp which I have moved to another room. I decided on this amp after purchasing powered edifier bluetooth speakers and not being happy with the soundscape they created, it was very unrealistic and the bass behaved oddly. This amp surprised me, at 32v 5amps it powers my old Wharfedale diamond speakers at 50w per channel. The tone controls are responsive and overall I like the soundscape it creates, its a small room. There is no audible background hiss when powered regardless of source on/off. I've noticed you don't gel full output when using bluetooth mode but not a major concern for me as I usually input via RCA. I'm pretty impressed at the TPA3255 chip, it seems to be solid in terms of performance. Also like the fact that you can replace the op-amp chips if you want a more sophisticated soundscape. In terms of appearance its simple & clean, the orange volume knob does add a little to aesthetics. I've run the amp for several hours at a time without noting any difference in temperature of the unit.

Brilliant Budget Audio
Having had a few different hifi setups in my time, I am pleasantly surprised by this latest purchase. I'll list some pros and cons and then give a bit more information about this Fosi Audio amplifier. Pros: - Size: I have a Denon amplifier and Mission bookshelf speakers. The Denon amplifier is amazing, but it's large and I haven't had enough space to put the amp and speakers together on a surface. It's probably the main reason I bought this product. It means I can still use my lovely mission speakers, and the speakers and Fosi amp all fit on a surface I have free. - Sound: If you are getting this, having never had a proper amp+speakers hifi setup, it's probably going to blow you away. The sound quality is very impressive for such a small unit. Having the treble and bass controls are a nice touch. Pair this little amp with some decent speakers and you'll be happy. For the price and considering the size, it's wonderful. - Bluetooth: Nowadays, for the sake of convenience, I use Bluetooth for my music often. Music does sound very good simply streamed from my phone through Bluetooth to the Fosi unit. There is an RCA out for any peripherals (such as a turntable or cd player etc). I haven't had any issues using the Bluetooth. -Build: The unit is made of metal. I've read some reviews mentioning the switches felt cheap or loose....maybe I'm lucky, but mine is fine. Great build quality and sturdy controls and ports. Cons: I can't really think of any. My Denon amp is a fair bit better than this unit in terms of sound and power output, but buying a new amp similar to my Denon unit would cost in excess of £300. And there isn't exactly a huge difference between them. This amplifier got my wonderful Mission speakers back into action and since I've had the amplifier, it's made listening to music really exciting again. I'd say it's good enough for bedrooms or small living rooms. If the room you have it in is particularly big, you may need something a little more powerful. Having a remote control would have been a nice addition. Ultimately, im really impressed with this. It's a quality audio product for not much money. Pair it with some quality speakers and you won't be disappointed.

OK with some flaws
Out of the box I noticed the massive brick adapter, which is larger and heavier than the unit itself, which I think is not acceptable by today's standards, where laptop adapters are half or one third of that size. Connected it to power and to Polk Audio S10e Signature Series speakers with no issues. Everything works immediately out of the box, and you don't need to do any special configuration. On the phone went to Bluetooth settings and it was listed there, and paired right away. I set all the knobs at 12 o'clock and played some songs. The sound was muddy, with too much of low frequency, however I adjusted it to my liking with the Treble and Bass knobs. Was enjoying some songs when I noticed that between the songs or in quiet / paused parts I can hear some noise. Cranking up the volume amplified that noise substantially. I turned it off, upgraded my device from Android 11 to Android 12, and when I tried to play some songs next day, the device would not respond. Went to Settings and removed Fosi Audio from there, and repaired it again. It wouldn't play anything. Restarted the phone again, and luckily it reconnected. After that I noticed that I have to go to Bluetooth settings every time I switch off and on the amp and want to play songs. Again, this is unacceptable in this day and age, when all my other Bluetooth enabled devices auto-connect to my phone. After some further contemplation, decided to send it back and look for something different. It's an OK device if none of the issues I listed below bothers you. The sound is very good once you adjust it and it drives speakers very well. Cons: - massive brick adapter - not clear sound on default settings, have to adjust - does not automatically re-connect to Bluetooth, you have to select it every time in your device settings - hiss / noise on higher volumes , audible in some (quiet) songs with pauses

Excellent Little Amp — Powers Outdoor Speakers with Ease
Works perfectly! I used this to fire up a pair of outdoor speakers that came with our house, and it’s been flawless. Super easy to connect via Bluetooth, and the sound quality is great — clear, strong, and consistent. I’ve left it on pretty much all the time, and it’s been running solid for about 8 months with no issues at all. For the price, this little amp delivers big performance. Highly recommend.

Great small footprint amp with high power output
Great little Bluetooth Amp with line input, the unit is able to drive some pretty big speakers depending which power supply you order/use. I bought this to set up some audio in my shed, very happy with the purchase. The unit has a small footprint with simple controls on the front, speakers can be attached with bare ends or banana plugs. Connected to my phone no issues and Bluetooth range appears to be very good.

Works Good
I have been using this amplifier for a month now. It is working without any issues. The build quality of the amp as well as the adapter is very good. Looks tiny besides my old amp. My Old amp stopped working so am using this amplifier as an temporary alternative to power a set of Solidaire SS100 bookshelf speakers with a 12-inch woofer, a 4-inch midrange, and a 1-inch horn tweeter with impedance of 8 Ohms. Bluetooth range is also good. Comparable to my existing Logitech Bluetooth adapters. I have noticed it does not get warm on long usage when listening at acceptable volumes at home. The audio quality is flat and commendable in the Fosi amp, but I seem to miss the warmth my old Solidaire AS1200D amp provided. So, I tend to boost the lows and mids from the equalizer to get the desired effects. My decision on buying this over Aimyia amp was swayed because FOSI provide a warranty on their product, but Aimyia brand amps have no such mention in their listings.
