This will only work if you’re consistent, and this will work better if you’re eating better and cleaner, and even incorporating more physical activity. I took this consistently for about 2 months, ate better and lost 8 pounds. But when I slowed down on taking it. Bloating came right back.

Although it is to soon to write a proper review as I got the product a few days ago let me say where I don’t use the bathroom but every other week , yes I said it every other week since I started this the second day of using I have gone each day and not just once either . So something is working for me . Can’t wait to see what else it does . I’ll post a review again in a month . And also I did feel a clean energy which was weird but I felt good all day .
