It works well
I used to use Frontline, but that stopped working (seems like the fleas became immune to it). This one seems to work quite well. It goes on pretty easy though I have found that it seems to work a little better and faster if it's spread out in various spots along the neck and back and not all placed in one spot. Spreading it out also kept more on them as both my dogs did a full body shake after putting it on and, the first time when I put it all in one spot, some of it flew off when they did this, but not when I spread it out. It does have a smell, which I'm sure can't be avoided, but it doesn't seem quite as bad as some others I have used and it doesn't seem to bother my dogs. It's important to note that this is not formulated to keep ticks away and it definitely doesn't. It does take about 12-24 hours for it to spread all over the dogs and start to work with the initial application. I still see fleas, but they are always sick (walking around in circles, barely moving). It seems to take a little longer to kill them than what I've used in the past, but it does kill them. It also seemed to last ALMOST the full 30 days, but did seem to start to weaken a few days sooner than the 30 days. Do note, this CANNOT BE USED ON CATS and is LETHAL TO CATS, so this is not one that you can use on all of your pets. Overall, I'm happy with this product and I will continue to purchase as long as it continues to work.

The same ingredients as Advantage
I have many dogs and fleas are a problem, and fleas will adapt to flea drops so you need to change it every couple of months or it will never kill those parasites. I get the generic type as its the same ingredients as name brands but YOU NEED TO LOOK at box to see. From frontline to advantage and others to get the fleas dying and this formula is ADVANTAGE and works get.

This USE to WORK.
This year's Fleas are a menace! My poor baby has been medicated and bathed so much in the last 8 weeks... it's ridiculous! For some reason this medicine couldn't hold a candle to the fleas reproduction this year! My boy was scratching sores in his skin, biting him self. He is Great Pyrenees/ Australian Shepherd.. with a double coat.. similar to a rabbit fine under coat + his Aussie more coarse coat...after cleaning him, the house, his bedding, mine, rugs etc treating him + multiple baths with Dawn.. I've decided to try Advantix plus. Will post the results.. have to find something to bring my boy some peace and restore our home to a safe haven! FLEA FREE!
