This product stacked with the ON whey protein Gold is a combo for any serious gym goer. I used to use combo mixes that contain both creatine and protein, but this product is the way to do it, and you wont find a better price any where else. If you are looking for strength stamina, and optimum (excuse the pun) performance, then this product is for you.
