I took it for a ride down my bumpy street and it was a blast!! my last scooter my face was going crazy with all those bumps but with this one... i cant feel them at all and it goes pretty fast. The thing i dont like is that im short and it feels pretty high on those. which i will get use to because i love this scooter :) its worth the money :)

The Scooter is a good choice for people youth to adult of normal height and less than 200 pounds. Do to the fixed height of the handle. It was too low for me being a 6ft 230 pounds person. But the perfect height for my wife and daughters. They being 5.5 ft and 130 to 175 pounds persons. The front and rear suspension feels good while riding on the asphalted road and when transferring from the road to the sidewalk or even my flat lawn yard. specially because of the help of pneumatic tires. Not bad for me, but even better experience for my family described before. It reaches a decent 20 + miles per hour. That being more than enough for commuting to school or campus, or for riding on any paved bike trail The iScooter shop support team will answer your questions and help you out with your inquiries. Tire flat in first six months. Couldn't find a youtube video, manual or any info on how to remove wheels. (You have to peel off reflective sticker and remove physical reflector with screw driver to find to hex bolts to access axle bolt). The tires are stated as 9.3" which I've not been able to find anywhere. Getting tire off of wheel required tire irons used for car, bike tire levers just snapped. Customer support is terrible. They give you a phone number that requests your contact details and everything is done over email. They spend days verifying your purchase before providing support.

There aren’t many other scooters with swing arm suspension or an over 20mph speed at about 400 bucks. This one tops out at 25 on the readout but gps says closer to 21, but I am about 200lbs. The suspension is as basic as this setup will get but it gets the job done. The throttle is perfectly responsive. It’s fairly light for what it is. Mileage at. 20mph will be about 15 miles unfortunately but that’s pretty standard at 48v10ah. No regrets on the purchase yet, definitely one of the better budget scooters out there. Would recommend if the solid tire, 350w scooters are getting boring for you

It is very very fun to ride has good battery life but only goes 23 mph not the 25. But I think if you go on a flat road and smooth tires, you will get that 25.

This is not 25 miles. It almost 15 miles.😡
