I needed a replacement for a 215805-00 UV bulb for Clean Comfort A/C lamp. The length was good the bulb was a little larger in diameter, but it went in the port without issue. The flange needs 2 screws, the old bulb flange had 2 holes, this bulb had 2 slots. Fine, but I had to make new hole in the sheet metal plate because the slot spacing was a bit too wide to accomodate the original screw spacing. The 4-prong connector fit the new lamp fine. There were no instructions/notes about the connector but you can’t realistically install it wrong. Wish there had been some info on expected life span. The bulb was well packed/protected for shipping.

We purchased this as replacement, and it fits well, and works well as a replacement for our furnace. Easy to install.

Arrived will protected in a hard cardboard tube, plus bubble wrap. Fit perfectly and worked as expected.

Aside from the small crack in the glass at the base of the lamp, this works perfectly. Another reviewer also noted the crack glass and apparently got replacements, but mine seems to be working well. Although the lamp is bubble-wrapped and protected in a tube, I recommend the manufacturer increase the amount of packing material in the box containing the tube. I realize sending a tube of glass through package delivery is sketchy at best, but I think they can better protect the bulb than their current methodology (i.e., A couple pieces of packing paper.) Otherwise, thanks for a successful delivery and a reasonably-priced UV-C bulb that replaces the original in my system.
