BioAdvanced 5 In 1 Weed and Feed, Granules, 9.6LB

Put it down on morning dew covered lawn with temps around 60 degrees fahrenheit. It raining a little 7 hours after applying. Then it was dry for 24 hours. By day 3 the weed grass was browning and the good grass was darker green. But it's not doing anything for the regular weed. At least not yet.

You can smell the chemicals in it, yes. But my crab grass is fading out of my yard. I usually use the name brand stuff, but I've started replacing that with the Bioadvanced line. They seem to work better than the big name lately and I've had better results. My lawn doesn't get a ton of shade, and this has really helped it start getting a dark green hue. Make sure you get this stuff watered in.

I’ve been using granule based weed killer for years, and this one outperformed other products I have used. You don’t need to use very much, so a little goes a long way. Just be patient and reapply as needed. It doesn’t happen overnight.

More powder like that seems to spread more evenly. Noticed grass thickening within a couple of weeks.

Applied about 2 weeks ago following directions on the bag. Lawn seemed to green up almost immediately. Noticeable reduction in clover within a few days but some other weeds still visible. No crabgrass so far this season. There were conflicting directions for use. The bag said to apply early to lawn that still had morning dew. Website said to apply to a dry lawn. Not sure which is accurate but applied early morning and thus far pleased with results
