This is not a heavy thick cream. Actually, it has a light gel like consistency. My daughter is the receiver of this blemish care cream, and like many women who experience breakouts before their monthly period, my daughter is no exception. Also, on occasion, especially when she is experiencing a stressful situation, she breaks out. Having have had wonderful results from other Centellian 24 products myself, it was an opportunity for my daughter to see if this would be a successful for her. And honestly, it isn't a magical overnight answer to the occasional breakout, but it is definitely helping. Since incorporating, about 5 weeks ago, this hydrating cream into her skin care routine, the breakouts have lessened and not as many blemishes are appearing with each breakout. She's using it after a serum application, and only with a light application of the Centellian 24 cream. The tube contains only1.69 fl. oz. therefore, there must be caution not to waste.As having have had good experiences with Korean skin care products, this one is no exception and has been added to our list. It's not to say that all Korean skin care products are created equal, because they are not! This one has not failed in helping with my daughter's sensitive facial skin breakout problems. With no irritation and negative reactions, I am pleased to find something to help her, since there have been several disappointments with other products, along the way. If her opinion and mine were to diminish, I would most assuredly want others to know. For now, I would like others to get the beneficial results, my girl is receiving from Centellian 24 cream.

This is a gentle and calming moisturizer that hydrates nicely. It's lightweight and absorbs well into the skin. It works well with oilier skin, too. While it makes my skin feel soft and smooth, I didn't notice any benefit for acne. It's still a nice moisturizer and would be suitable for sensitive or oily skin.

I used this after a deep peeling from a clinic. My skin was too red and a bit itchy. This cream has too much moisture that healed my face in 1 day. It doesn't have a scent. It definitely calmed my red face. I used a thick layer on first use. I can't believe my face red color got diminished in 2 hours. I ove it. I even use it to heal sunburn

I love using Korean skincare products, but this is my first time trying Centellian. I've been using it as the moisturizer during my nightly skin care routine to help seal in all of the serums and I've been enjoying it thus far! A little goes a long way and I like how the size is practically already made for traveling so that you can bring it with you rather than having to transfer it into a container.

I got this for my teenage daughter who still gets quite a few breakouts. She has been using the product for about a week, but she wasn't having a major breakout when she started, so it's hard to say if the cream is preventing breakouts, or she just isn't having a breakout at the moment. Her feedback on this cream is that she likes it, it has more of a gel consistency than a cream, and she likes the way it feels on her skin. Her skin feels hydrated and not greasy. However, she says it does look a little shiny, but she applies tinted sunscreen and a sebum-absorbing powder as part of her normal morning routine, so it doesn't bother her that there is some shine.

This screen is packed full of good ingredients, especially if you deal with redness on your skin. Centella it’s so trendy right now. This is a lightweight gel consistency, so it’s good for oily skin and if you have problems with greasiness although it does not dry super matte.

This cream has a nice lightweight texture that absorbs quickly and provides a good level of hydration. It felt soothing on my skin, and I didn’t experience any irritation, which was a plus. However, it didn’t do much to control my blemishes or balance oil production as promised. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I didn’t notice any improvement in redness or breakouts, which was disappointing given its claims. While it’s not a bad moisturizer, it didn’t meet my expectations for acne care.

I’m a big fan of Centellian 24 Madeca Cream and have been using it for two years with great results. Naturally, my expectations were high when I ordered this cream. While it is hydrating and gentle, it doesn’t seem to have any effect on pimples, though, to be fair, it doesn’t make them worse either. However, it is not unscented, and I don’t care for its fragrance.
