I like the easy-to-understand instructions, low noise level and efficiency of this humidifier. User manual is clear; controls and remote are clearly described and the water container has a handle for easy refilling. This is the best humidifier I have ever purchased and used.

We have only had this product for a week, but we are so impressed with it we just ordered a second one.My rating would be 4.5 stars if allowed. Product is quiet, easy to fill, fairly accurate (humidity reading), and intelligently designed. We run it 24 hours a day and the instructions and options are good. The only slight negative is the tank is not very large so we have to refill it multiple times a day.People complaining about leaking: I had the same issue and it was the grey rubber gasket that was not seated properly. It was leaking badly. Once I adjusted to make it seated properly I have not had any more leaks. The humidity display is slightly inaccurate as many others have noted. This is probably because the highest concentration of mist is so close to the he gauge. We have a high quality hygrometer 8 feet away and the readings are rarely more than 2 or 3 percent different.We are not using distilled water as recommended. (Seems like that would be fairly expensive.) We have good town water and we use a Berkey filter system. We have not changed our Berkey filters for 3 years as they have never clogged and filters quickly. That tells me we have very 'good' water here - our water department is meticulous. However, we do have some chemicals used to treat the water so in the humidifier we use the Berkey filtered water. Have not seen any scale or hardening on the humidifier filter yet and we have not detected any 'white powdery film' around the humidifier.Depending on your water situation, your results may be different, but based on our experience, we highly recommend this product.

I purchased the mineral filters not a humidifier. They are just like the ones that are used for my humidifier. Happy that is what arrived!! Working great! They are filters made of media they don’t make noise. So noise level 0. You do not clean them you order more. Value A+.

Great set for those who use their humidifier often. My old one had turned green so I was happy to get a multipack so I can replace these often.

Product easy to clean and reuse

I use my humidifier a lot because I live in such a dry region that these often get changed out a good bit. They do pretty good keeping my humidifier clean. Having a pack of them if you use your humidifier a lot, I think, is recommended specially if you use regular water.

We love our new humidifier - it’s easy to use and puts out lots of warm or cool mist. It holds a ton and really floods our space, we’re in a high elevation with very dry air and this is a godsend! The first time removing the tank we turned it over to fill it not realizing the mist directional dial wasn’t attached but just sits on top of the tank. It fell and shattered - we called their customer service line to order another one and immediately they offered just to send us one for free, without our even asking! Very friendly, highly recommended!
