Will this container satisfy TSA requirements for flying with used needles?

I use it to fly every time. Container might not be big enough for syringes, but holds my pen needles perfectly. Use 2 containers each time I fly. Put unused pen needles in one and used ones in the other. Holds roughly 15 pen needles in each container.

How many lancets can this hold?

Don't know as I haven't changed my lancet in well over a year. I used it on a 25 day trip and put in my testing strips and needle tips (usually 2 every 4 days) and it barely filled up half.

Does the plastic get recycled?

In Baltimore County, the filled container goes into the trash. Your mileage may vary.

Can this be attached to a wall?

Doesn’t look like that would be possible unless you have something separate to attach it with. It is a great sharps container though!
