Unfortunately either I am not using it properlyor this is not working for me, I decided to take the pill at night and this is my third night and I realize it’s constipating me, In everyone else review it makes them go to the bathroom, it doesn’t say if the two pills should be taking at the same time and if it’s OK to take it at night, or with food or empty stomach.
