Last year, as the author of a book for partners dealing with their mate’s infidelity (Back from Betrayal: Recovering from the Trauma of Infidelity) I was amazed at Robert Weiss’s ability to get inside the hearts and souls of betrayed women and to explain to their cheating husbands what to say and how to behave in order to begin the process of repairing the relationship. Ferree’s adaptation has now made this book more accessible to Christian men. Out of the Doghouse (in either version) is indispensable for all unfaithful men now seeking to salvage and improve their relationship.

When one falls into infidelity, it is crucial to have the right support toward restoring a relationship that is worth saving. It is also important to understand what lead to infidelity, in an effort to never go down that path again. It incorporates Christian views toward understanding God's plan for marriage.
