Avantree Audikast 3 - Bluetooth 5.3 Transmitter for TV with Optical or AUX Audio Output Port, aptX-Adaptive, Dual Link for 2 Headphones, and 100ft Long Range

This actually works better and connects quicker than the std Aventree docking/charging station that comes with the headphones. only real problem is it needs line of sight to work well so even at 10 yrds in another room it will not work.

This setup functions flawlessly with my Xgimi Elfin projector via AUX and JBL Link portable dual Bluetooth speakers, exhibiting no lag and maintaining perfect synchronization.

It is very small and light, one level off flimsy - although to achieve its goal it only needs a few electronic components which probably drives the lack of requirement for a large solid case. As a rough guide the curl in a wire can lift it off the ground as it recoils. However assuming you are setting it up and leaving it, and get your curls out the cable, then it is awesome. Good solid connection, no disconnects, great sound, easy to setup and works like a treat!

I use a bluetooth transmitter to listen on Apple Airbuds to a Sony TV. This Avantree Audikast 3 was purchased to replace an older 1Mii B03 Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Receiver that had never worked very well. Whereas the sound from the 1Mii often dropped out and had recently become unusable, this little Avantree unit, one quarter the size of the older 1Mii, gives crystal clear sound and is an excellent buy. I love the way that all the instructions are accessed via QR codes on the unit and paper instruction insert. Cables for USB power optical and 3.5mm audio connections are included so it's ready to go. ***Important note: We almost returned it as not working as no light could be seen to suggest that it was working - We'd not realized that the top was completely covered with an opaque label so once removed, it was revealed in all its glory***

Got it to link my inexpensive headphones to my Tv. I'm not very technical but it took less than 5mins to install and the sound is excellent .It's small so doesn't take any space up and you don't see it!

Big zero from me, this does NOT connect with their own headphones that supposingly support aptx . And importantly NO ENGLISH instructions!

Latency is the biggest issue with this. For music it’s fine, the sound quality is good. But if you are going to use for watching video, then this is not for your. Set up was very straightforward, didn’t have any issues there. Range and connectivity was great too. Just the sound delay, everything else is great. To summarise, if you’re not using for video then it’s a great buy.

Amazing product and works a treat. I previously bought a cheap alternative for my elderly Mum and it was useless. I contacted the seller of this item to check TV compatibility prior to buying and received useful information very quickly. I definitely recommend this product.

Bei einem vergleichbaren, etwas günstigeren, ebenfalls namhaften Kokurrenzprodukt gab es mit meinen Kopfhörern alle paar Minuten Verbindungsabbrüche. Ein Firmeware-Upgrade wurde dort nicht angeboten. Anders hier. Eine mittels QR-Code am Produkt erreichbare, sehr gute Online-Anleitung (auch als PDF erhältlich) führte sehr einfach u. a. in deutscher Sprache Schrtt für Schritt durch die Inbetriebnahme und gab gleich zu Beginn den dringenden Hinweis auf die sinnvolle und unkomplizierte Installation (Windows + MacOS) eines möglichen Fimeware-Upgrades. Nach dessen Installation funktionierte alles wunderbar. Problemloses Pairing und keine Verbindungsabbrüche über Stunden bis zur Erschöpfung der Akkus in den Kopfhörern. So soll es sein. Die Kabel sind gut brauchbar - solider als beim Konkurrenzprodukt. Achtung: Das Gerät hat keinen Akku, benötigt also eine USB-Buchse zur Stromversorgung. Ich hatte das vorher gewusst und mich bewusst dafür entschieden, weil ich Wegwerfprodukte mit fest verbautem (nicht austauschbarem) Akku verabscheue. (Die Akkus in Handy und Kopfhörern von Fairphone kann ich nachkaufen und selbst austauschen.) Ladebuchsen sollte es in jedem Haushalt ausreichend geben, und bei Bedarf tut es auch eine Powerbank. ;-)

The device came with both an optic cable and a 3.5mm audio cable. I connected the optic cable to the TV and paired my Bose earbuds to the device. The TV sounded good, the Chromecast and Roku stick, which are both connected to the TV, worked well. I was able to turn the TV volume down to 0, which did not affect the volume in the earbuds. I am able to control the earbuds volume directly on the earbuds. The sound was great with no lag. The only downside is that it only came with a USB cable with no wall charger. You have to get your own outlet block.
