This product is packaged in a white plastic container which contains 90 capsules in a veggie friendly cellulose shell but as the product is from a bovine source that doesn't make much difference to the vegans or vegeterians. The serving size is 3 capsules per day which means this is 1 months supply and the capsules are easy to swallow. This is a pricey product but it's also a complete collagen product with all the types of collagen represented 1,2,3 etc. So this will be good for your joints, skin, hair connective tissue and the list goes on. Although this is a complete collagen supplement I've seen others that are also complete for a lot cheaper but it's clear this is a quality product. So I guess you're getting what you pay for but this will make your wallet much lighter in the process.

This is a good supplement for those who cannot stomach taking collagen powder (my advice is to find a good quality one that will mix into a drink, but I digress). This is a pack of 90 capsules, the recommended dose is three capsules a day, so this is a one month supply. At the current selling price this is £1.41 a day which may not be achievable for everyone. Each capsule contains blend of collagen from grass-fed beef, chicken, wild-caught fish, and eggshell, covering Types I, II, III, V, and X collagen. Also has Organic Ashwagandha and Amla Berry. The amount of collagen is low, the powder I normal take has a daily dose of 13,000mg (13g a day) and these capsules only provide under 2,000mg a day. Easy to swallow capsules with no unpleasant side effects, as with all natural supplements it can take weeks or months to see any results.

On opening the bottle there was a faint - not unpleasant - fish like smell. The ingredients reassured me that I was smelling something that is supposed to be there - and it is a fresh smell! These capsules are very easy to swallow although I really don't like the fact that the recommended dose is three capsules for one serving. Swallowing three capsules along with other supplements is a nuisance and it also means that there's only a one month supply in the bottle. Still, I'm impressed by the quality of the label and the ingredients including the exceptionally clear use warnings (only to be used by people over 18 and pregnancy warnings for example). I'll try these capsules for a month and, although a month is a short period of time, I'll buy more if I have a positive experience. The three a day dosage is though a downside for me.

I do include Collagen in my regular supplement stack so I was intrigued to try this one, offering a blend of multiple peptides, and boasting high availability it *sounds* great, but only time will tell. The downside however, is the price. At £41.99 for just one month's supply it's a very expensive option and compared to others that's quite hard to rationalise as part of a stack.. I have no issues at all with the quality of the product, but i'm afraid the value is hard to stomach..

These multi collagen capsules are so much easier and nice to take than the more usual powders. The capsules are pretty regular in size so fairly easy to take. The usual dose is three capsules a day which is quite a lot but if it works then it’s no trouble, also you are not only getting collagen but amla berry which high is super high in vitamin C and ashwagandha so if you are already taking these it might be that just this supplement will be enough and therefore work out more economical. As far as I can see these are mostly natural ingredients, however they do contain bovine collagen, fish collagen, egg collagen and chicken bone broth so it’s not suitable for vegan or vegetarians.
