ICECO VL35 ProS 12V Refrigerator, 35L Portable Fridge Freezer, 0℉-50℉

We love this refrigerator! Fits perfect behind our seat in a truck. Opens from both sides which comes in handy. Works great!

I bought a dometic fridge for my camper van some 7 years ago, and it was an absolute work horse. It ran non stop for almost the entire time (almost) without a hitch. My only complaint was that as it got older, it started to glitch out under extremely warm conditions, but I still loved it. So when it finally bit the dust for real, I planned on getting another dometic. But as I looked at their newer offerings, and compared the prices, features, and reviews to these iceco fridges ... I decided to save myself several hundred dollars and take a chance. It's only been two months that I've had the iceco, but I really love this thing and it feels like an upgrade in the following ways: The build quality just feels more solid and better insulated (though it also weighs quite a bit more) This thing seems to use significantly less electricity under similar conditions (maybe because superior insulation?) It's quieter. And finally I feel like it's a lot more spacious inside (which only makes sense because the footprint is slightly larger). Overall I'm thrilled with the iceco so far after running it for a few months straight and expect to get many years of great usage out of it. Glad I took the chance and saved the ~$400

I use this for bbqs at the park, long road trips, and get togethers. It’s been fantastic. I recommend getting it to temp of choice at home with the AC outlet before using your battery to power it. My 500wh power generator will keep it running for 15+ hour at the “eco” setting for 32-36 degrees F. Remember it can hold quite a bit of stuff without ice so you don’t necessarily need a bigger one. It’s heavy at 48-50 lbs. Take out the basket with food/drinks before moving the cooler out/into your vehicle; save your back!! I use a wagon cart to move it around when by myself. The thing is well made and solid! Fits just right in my SUV’s trunk, and I’m able to close the trunk cargo security cover. It’s pretty quiet too. Make sure to strap it down with bungee cords. Being able to open the lid several ways is pure genius! :)

Our go to travel cooler. Solid construction, well-thought-out design. The lid opening from both sides is clutch full removal of the lid is clutch the AC adapter on either side is clutch. Again very well thought out design in my usage opinion. I will plug mine in in the garage a few hours before our trip, and it will get down to refrigerator temperatures by the time we’re ready to leave. Then I plugged in the AC outlet in the back of our suburban and thing keeps cold our entire trip. Decent insulation once the cooler turns off. We haven’t used ours out of the car yet…primarily for car long car, travel, kids to camp, kids to college, Long Beach trips, etc..

Excellent camping refrigerator that has good functionality. I like that it has an optional external battery so it does not cut into storage space, and the dual side door is a great feature depending on how you access it. it keeps everything at the temperature that I need it to be and can be used as a fridge or freezer. the controls and ports are well thought out.

The VL35 Pro S is by far the best and the quietest portable 12 volt fridge I’ve used. The lid is versatile with its dual opening function. The fridge is built well and has a nice all black industrial look. It has very strong sturdy handles. The fridge also better with metal liner inside verses plastic. Seems to not retain any left over odors. It comes with a wire basket which makes loading the fridge incredibly easy. I mainly run the fridge on 12 volt on an EcoFlow solar generator. It only draws 30-38 watts while the compressor is running. Very low power usage. Overall no complaints about the VL35 Pro S and ICECO customer service is very helpful with their products. 10 out of 10 for customer service support. They go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with their products.

Great product. Easy to use, well designed and very efficient. I did have a problem that appeared to be a faulty compressor. I got in touch with Iceco and got a prompt reply. They guided me through a series of test and diagnosed a faulty compressor. They will replace the entire unit after I send the present one with a prepaid shipping label they are providing. Refreshing to deal with a company that stand behind their product.

Appears well built; testing showed 38W power in eco mode; 55 in max mode to get freezing down to -18C. Fairly quiet when running (but you can hear the fan). Basket is a good idea for putting things in and out of cooler. Love the versatility of the lid.

Use it in our camper. Amperage draw seems really good with moderate use (opening lid). We use it as a freezer mainly. Nice light inside. Quality product. Oh, and the compressor is quiet.

This cooler works well. It’s at temperature in about 30 minutes and holds temperature very well. Well built as well. There are printable corner brackets available if you have access to that sort of thing. My only criticism is with no power applied, it warms up quickly so keep that in mind.
