If you have never experienced an ionic footbath, I greatly encourage you to get one. I had paid someone $50 to give me one years ago. I purchased this footbath because I knew what to expect and I wanted to be able to have multiple foot baths without paying $50 each time.It was amazing how much better I felt after doing this. It's crazy how many toxins are released during this 30 minute process. I highly encourage you to carefully place the enclosed plastic liners into the tub first, then add the elements. Most videos I watched of people using this product did not start with that step. The instructions lacked the final step of how to turn it on. All you do is hit the button and sit with your feet in the water until it shuts off 30 minutes later. Enjoy!

I am happy to be using this ionic foot bath on a regular basis in the comfort of my own home! I used to pay $35 - $50 at health fairs to have this treatment. I think this is a good product at a decent price!

I appreciate her quick response and dedication to resolving the issue.I tested the Ionic Detox foot soaker with different types of water—tap, Deer Park Spring, and reverse osmosis—to observe how the water would change without soaking my feet in the water. When I used tap water, the color darkened significantly, and there were speckles, which suggested some level of reaction. However, when I switched to spring water, the color change was less intense and lacked the speckles. With reverse osmosis water, the water remained almost clear until I added salt, which caused a drastic color change. This suggests that the ionic detox system primarily reacts to the salt and not to toxins being drawn from the body. Based on this observation, I don't believe the product works as advertised. I would not recommend it.

UPDATE: 6/9/25Customer Service is excellent. They felt very bad about my experience with their product and that it was too late to return. They contacted me and apologized and then went beyond awesome service and sent me another one and refunded me the full price! That type of service alone means I will buy from them again. And the replacement works great! Thanks again!!Bought for my mother. The cord came out of the box all mangled and never worked. And of course pass the date to return! Horrible product

The Ionic Foot Bath is refreshing, relaxing and appears to be removing plenty of toxins from our bodies. I've used it as well as my father and niece. It has also been easy to use. I did find that one of the arrays is not working and contacted the company via email and the promptly responded with a method to remedy the defect. I am satisfied and believe it is a good value for the cost.

I was skeptical of these kinds of products but I have had success with things like grounding mats etc. I used highly filtered water warmed up on the stove for my foot bath and added about 2.5 Tbsp salt to the water. Once the ionizer turned on I could definitely feel it kind of tingling in my body. I also tasted a weird taste in my mouth. So something is happening, that's for sure. Not sure about the validity of the color change chart, but whatever. It appears to work and I look forward to how it makes me feel over time! Btw the power switch info on the brochure makes no sense. Just plug it in and press the power button. As you use it, it lights up in green along the minute increments to tell you how long you have been using it.

Great product. Easy to setup and works exactly as promised. Worth the money and keeps me from having to drive 45 minutes to the place I used to go to.

Water was definitely disgusting after the foot rinse. Time will tell if this actually works.
