Working as a nurse for 20 years, I have put in extra work on my feet, I found myself constantly massaging them after a long day at work now that my work schedule has changed I was finding myself too tired to do just that so I would just hop into bed and go to sleep waking up with constant aching feet. I read about this grounding mat and I had to try it. Let me tell you it is amazing. The very first thing I noticed was that I did not have tired, achy feet as I usually did. I was sold just because of that then I started noticing that I was sleeping longer than my usual 6 to 7 hours. it really does work. I leave it on my bed and sleep with it daily. The pad does feel cool at night when you turn, but it’s a coolness that one can deal with. I chose to give it five stars because I feel the difference and I hope others are able to experience this difference.

So glad I decided to try this grounding mat! I have a completely torn rotator cuff which I've been dealing with. along with two damaged discs between shoulders and then shooting pains up from the back of my neck to the top of my head. Needless to say I was desperate to find something that would help so I could sleep at night as Doctors were either no help or Medicare refused surgery for shoulder and I don't want pain killers that cause addiction issues. So we have been using about 3 weeks or so and the first thing I noticed is that the shooting pain from elbow down into little finger and skin sensitive to touch on wrist same side is gone. I no longer need to wear the wrist guard to bed. The bone spurs on top of my right foot have stopped moving out of place and causing horrific pain. My neck and shooting pain is gone and after physical therapy on shoulder I am able to sleep without pain unless I do too much and irritate the discs. Husband has heel spurs says hasn't helped him, however, his attitude isn't whats needed in finding things in the Holistic health care area that works.

Durability was and is still good! Had them for some time now, Slim fit for under the sheets. Well worth the money. Ease of use medium you will need some help putting the straps on, but otherwise great !

My fault because I should have looked at what was actually being reviewed. This grounding mat shocked me several times setting it up, so I immediately unplugged it. Researching American made ones now
