PANORAMIC VIEW AND WIDE ANGLE LENS DASHCAM - WORTH EVERY PENNY!! This Vantrue E360 Ace Dashcam is perfect for me as a Driving Instructor. I drive everyday on all kinds of roads which range from empty side roads to busy main roads to busy motorways and very busy junctions, and having a Dashcam in my car is essentially vital for me due to the nature of the line of my Professional work. The whole Dashcam interface is user friendly and is easy to navigate thanks to the Touch screen of the Dashcam. I particularly love the fact that it records at 5.2K and provides a ( FULL 360 COVERAGE ) of the whole of my car, with its 'three in one' cameras’, making the experience of driving so much more pleasant, safe and secure for me as an Instructor and for the Learner Drivers I teach on a daily basis during Driving Lessons. The 5.2K quality is just amazingly impressive. Essentially, the front camera has a range of different viewing angles for recording but I specifically love the Panoramic View the most which consists of the camera recording the outside front of the car and the interior cabin area all in one video, which is an outstandingly amazing viewing angle. I also like the FISHEYE VIEW angle as well which is also very unique and have not seen anything like this on any other Dashcam. I’ve never seen such an amazing piece of technology in the form of a Dashcam that can do so much, there are so many amazing features all packed into this device. I naturally feel so much safer in my Car when I drive now, now that I’ve got a Dashcam fitted that records the front area, inside cabin area and the rear area of the car as I know that I am covered from every angle, which is perfect in case of accidents or hit and runs whilst I’m driving on the road. I am fully protected on the road thanks to the Vantrue E360 Ace Dashcam, and I value that level of peace of mind whilst driving. The rear camera also records 2.5K high quality footage, again this is just remarkable and for me is very important to have a rear camera that can display crystal clear high quality video, as I often experience roads users, tailgating me or following my Learner drivers very closely to intimidate them during driving lessons in bid for them to (speed up) which often puts the Learner Driver’s at a great deal of discomfort during Driving Lessons. Ever since installing the Dashcam in my car, I have noticed that other drivers and road users are so much for vigilant and careful whilst driving around and behind my vehicle, which is essentially deterring drivers from intimidating me and my Learner Drivers whilst I teach during Lessons. I also connected my Smartphone to the Camera directly when setting up the Rear Camera on the Rear Windscreen so I could use that as a guide to positioning my Camera in the centre / middle so it covers maximum range of the back windscreen and it worked perfectly. Loop recording has the option for you to record, 1 minute to 5 minute clips. I personally like the option of recording 5 minute clips as this allows more footage to be recorded within one video clip, rather then having a hundred dozen 1 minute video clips, because it is easier to locate a specific clip with fewer files than multiples of one minute each. Having said that, other people may prefer shorter clips based on their own preference, but it’s nice that there is an option to choose between 1 to 5 minute clips. I also love the fact, that with the video footage being recorded, you also have an option for GPS data to be recorded which is essentially very useful to have especially during accidents as most Insurance Companies want an exact location to pint point where you were when the accident occurred, so having GPS data attached to a video clip is just impressive and will help provide a clearer picture to Insurance companies during Insurance claims, not to mention it also records your speed limit in mph, these options can be be both turned on or off baed on your preference. The GPS data recorded comes in the form of a Google Maps, showing your position on the Map and the name of the roads just like any normal map would show, when your using it as a navigation. It’s is incredibly mind-blowing. Night vision is crystal clear, you can see everything very clearly, and you can adjust the IR LED’s and the exposure on the camera for the front, inside and rear cameras. So overall, it’s a wonderful camera and I’m sure there are a lot of other crazy and cool features packed into this that I’ve not come across yet, but will eventually keep learning as I keep using it daily. The Emergency locking option is the circle round button on the left side of the Camera, which is really simple and easy to use, at any time whenever needed, just a quick press of a button locks the video clip into place and then the video footage can easily be viewed directly from your Android or Apple Smartphone using the Vantrue APP. I really like the fact that you can connect your phone via the Vantrue APP to the Dashcam directly, and access a range of different options where you can make all kinds of adjustments to suit your needs. It an amazing camera packed with all kinds of cool features which I think any Dashcam should have. You can either use the Touchscreen to navigate the options on the camera and make the adjustments that way, or you can connect your phone and make the adjustments that way. I find it very useful to be able to utilise the Touch screen, as sometimes when I need to have a private conversation in my Car when I’m parked up, and am unable to use my phone via the Vantrue app, I can just use the Touch screen options to deactivate the audio easily and continue my conversation and then turn it back on once I’m done. The other thing I really love about this Dashcam is that you can edit your videos on your phone directly from within the Vantrue APP, which is perfect especially if you have long 5 minutes videos and only need 1 or two minutes of video footage, and don’t want to download the whole file, you can skim through the video clips and cut the video using an (input marker and outpoint marker) allowing you to only capture and download the footage that you need and also have the option of cutting out the audio, so again a lot of great features packed into this dashcam which I find impressive. I appreciate that Vantrue have put a lot of thought into designing their Dashcam for it to not only be used in the Car but can also be used outside the Car for Trips, events or parties so the Dashcam comes with a handheld mount which is great for parties, events and and for camping which I do a lot with the family. So it great that I can easily unmount the camera from the windshield of my car, and mount it onto the handheld device, and then once done, just mount it straight back on to the windscreen Dashcam mount, again this is very easy and simple to do. It’s the best Dashcam I have ever seen. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase, it is worth every penny and I highly recommend this camera to anyone out their who wants to have peace of mind on the road and wants to improve their experience of driving, and can also benefit from using this on family trips and events with the hand held device as I have mentioned above already. I know it may appear to be expensive at £359 - but if you want peace of mind. It’s definitely worth it! I have to say, I’m very impressed with the quality of this Dashcam, I was a bit sceptical of buying the Camera, due to the really expensive price, but I’m glad I did buy it. The quality on the Camera is just AMAZING! I drive a Taxi daily, and spend almost 40 or more hours on the road and have always wanted a Camera that records everything from in front, and everything inside covering a wide angle, i.e showing the full view of the drivers side and passenger side windows, but was never able to find a camera out there that gave me everything that I wanted. This dash cam is truly amazing, and I specifically like the Panoramic view, because it records the whole of the front of the dashboard, and the whole of the inside cabin area and the there is a small separate camera for there rear back of the car, making this the most ideal dash cam to install in your car. It is a dash cam which is 3 in 1 - and it make me feel so much safer driving on the road, when I know that I am covered from every angle. This is essentially very important for me, due to the nature of my job. The other feature I like is that I can change the settings, delete videos, take pictures, and remotely connect with the my phone to the camera, which for me is a game changer. It make my life so much easier, because I can just view a file of an event straight from the Camera on my phone. The 5.2K Panoramic view is just incredible, the quality is outstanding and I have no regrets for purchasing this Camera. I also appreciate that Vantrue have made the screen touch sensitive, so if I want, I can just browse the menu options or features view using the touch screen, which is some cases, is useful, especially when my phone in engaged with other apps open. The build quality of the dasham is just remarkable, it’s tough and strong, and rigid. Vantrue have created a very advanced piece of technology which I have to say, is the best dash cam I have ever bought. I’ve had previous Vantrue dash cams which also have been 3 in 1, but nothing like this dashcam. The Vantrue E360 Ace is the just perfect for my use, the whole 360 degree viewing angle, make this the best dash cam out their. The instructions are very helpful and useful, I don’t think I could have setup the dash cam without the setup and installation instructions. From the point of when I turned the camera on for the first time, the onscreen instructions to setup the camera were simple and easy and the touch screen made it so much easier to set it all up. You also get a plastic piece tool to help your push the cables into the tight nooks and interior panels of your car. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase, it’s a wicked dash cam and I would recommend this dash cam to any taxi drivers out their - who want to stay safe and protected on the road and want full coverage from every angle. It an absolute game changer for taxi drivers I would say. I've added some footage to show you the viewing angle. For me this is just brilliant. The footage may appear slight bit of grain, but rest assured its only because its been uploaded, so it been compressed, but the actual image quality is 2K, and is crystal clear, so don't be put off by that.

This is an ok product and some good features when paired with the LTE module, but what can't be forgiven. The thing factory defaults itself when you do a firmware upgrade and when you disconnect it from the car. The LTE module is over sold, so if the car is parked and you use the app, it will not wake up the camera. The LTE also disconnects after about 2 mins. Just received an email inviting me to be a VIP customer - i can become a vip customer after a spend of thirty thousand dollars, what sort of scam is this? AVOID

First impressions were actually really good — the unit arrived well packed, felt premium and came with everything needed. Mounting it to the windscreen was straightforward and it didn’t block much view, although the main body is a bit on the bulky side. Setup was quick, the video quality looked sharp during the day and night vision was surprisingly clear, with number plates easy to read even in darker areas. Wi-Fi connection to the phone worked fine and I had no trouble reviewing footage through the app. Unfortunately, after a few days the screen started flicking on and off at random, and then just completely stopped responding within a week. It happened after a longer drive so heat might’ve been part of the problem, but either way it failed far too quickly. I contacted support as soon as it happened but didn’t hear anything back until over a week later, by which time I’d already returned it. That’s what really left me disappointed — for something this expensive, you expect reliability and a proper level of support. Shame, because it was doing everything right until it didn’t.

I bought the VANTRUE E360 ACE, Dashcam as I drive daily for a living so always need a Camera for safety purposes and it is by far the best product I believe that VANTRUE have made till date. I had their old Camera which was also a dual camera which had high resolution and the quality was excellent, but this is Camera is just on a new level. It’s incredibly amazing. The quality is 5.2K, the rear camera is 2K. It’s a 3 in ONE Camera, Front, Inner Cabin and Rear view as well. I know it’s a very expensive camera, but it is absolutely worth it. The other amazing feature I love about this Camera, is that it came with a selfie stick, which you can use to make videos, and for me that is just amazing, that a game changer for me, as I take a lot of family trips, and that feature is very useful for us as a family. It has has the feature of using your phone to view a live feed, view videos, and images. All in all, it’s an incredibly wicked Dashcamera, I just love it! Night vision, is just on another level, very crystal clear, and the sound quality is just incredibly amazing. You can control the camera with your phone, its amazing, it really easy to use, and this is probably the first time I have actually read the instructions to the Dashcam, as I wanted to know what every feature does. Loop recording is set to 1 or 5 minutes, I like to keep my clips at 5 minutes. Camera also clips on and off easily. You’ve got so many different viewing options, from Panoramic, to Dual Fish Eye to Fish Eye etc. This camera is packed with a tonne of features. I’m very happy after making my purchase, and would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a camera to record for all day driving. I’m just playing around with all the options and settings, I’m sure there is a lot of other cool things within this Camera that I have not yet came across, but overall. I love it, it an amazing Camera. What I love about it the most, is it covers, front side windows, and back rear, and that there is also a separate camera for the back rear, something my old Vantrue camera couldn’t do. So it perfect, for issues like accidents, if someone hits you from the side, it’s all covered on the camera. I’ve attached a short 20 second video, of the Panoramic view inside my Car.

The parking mode is incredibly reliable, activating instantly when it detects motion or impact. This dashcam offers so much for its price and performs exceptionally well. It’s an essential piece of equipment for anyone who wants safety, convenience, and cutting-edge technology.

Unfortunately need to return this camera as it stopped working, kept saying “slow card” and wouldn’t record even though I am using the recommended memory card and has plenty of free space. Front facing camera quality isn’t that great, I think they need to work on their autofocus - because of the wide angle and the way the camera sits portrait on the windscreen the camera picks up a lot of the dashboard and focuses sharply on that and not on the road ahead. The camera also gets very very hot. It’s a shame because the idea is great, I want a single insta360 type dashcam as it provides 360 degrees view with only one device, but unfortunately this isn’t insta360 quality, hopefully they can fix in the future and also add a polarised filter.
