I already had a set of Belus resistance bands, but I am so happy I now have the probands! They are thicker than the normal bands, which helps prevent folding, however, they are natural latex so they will fold over time (this can be solved with a bit of talc). I used the bands for an entire leg workout (glute activation and during my full workout) as well as the sliders. I loved incorporating the sliders into my workout.I have never used sliders for a workout, and I am so happy I now have some. They make a workout go from 0 to 10. I used them to some Bulgarian split squats, which are challenging alone, but much more challenging with the sliders! The sliders have a side for carpet and a side for hard floor so you can use them to their fullest potential.I honestly have no cons about these sliders and bands. I would definitely recommend these as a gift for yourself or the fitness guru in your life!

Just to make sure future buyers understand, these are the small kind, not the large kind. The kind you use on your knees or ankles. Not the kind you would use to hold down with your feet and stretch with your arms. There weren't really any good display pictures. The "sliders" are very helpful when I'm doing certain workouts on carpeted floors. Not a single complaint to be had.

I ordered these for beachbody’s 80 day obsession. I do have the actual Beachbody ones but their in a different state so I wanted something for right now. The bands are heavy duty and seem to be good quality. The sliders however are cheaply made. They are flat unlike the Beachbody ones which are more like a frisbee shape. The slides have two sides to them one is plastic for carpeted services and one side is a weird type of foam for hard services. The carry bag That comes with them is loud cheap plastic..could be a little nicer.

I bought these to go with my Beach Body on Demand workouts. I have only used them for a few days but they are great. I haven't worked up to the highest resistance band yet, but the others are perfect. The sliders work as described. I use them on the carpet. Having a bag to keep them in is also a huge plus. And even though I'm in the privacy of my own home, I like that the bands are cute colors and match my workout clothes.

Been using Belus resistance bands for a year now & they’ve been holding up perfectly! Bought this pack to try out the new “pro” bands & the resistance on them is amazing. The sliders work so well too. Tried on carpet & hardwood & work great on both. I was sweating so much at the end of my workout lol.

The shipment arrived quickly and in good condition. The bands are great, they feel sturdy and withstood a rigorous workout and I love the colors. Overall, they make a great addition to my workout routine.

Each band has a different amount of resistance. I love these bands and taking them to the gym is very easy with the pouch. I havent used the sliders yet but the Belus bands also comes with a couple work out videos to show you some great workouts to try with the bands and sliders.
