Abhi zyda time nahi hua use karte hue, isliye physical changes abhi nahi dikhe, lekin strength mein clearly improvement feel ho raha hai. Sabse interesting baat yeh hai ki main is waqt creatine use nahi kar raha, phir bhi mujhe apne lifts mein better strength lag rahi hai. Iska mango flavor seriously mast hai – na jyada sweet, na artificial feel deta hai. Jab shaker mein mix karta hoon, to easily dissolve ho jaata hai, koi lumps ya foam nahi banta.
